I am A.Dean (Research & Development), Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IITP). I work in the areas of Semiconductor Devices/ Microelectronics/ Low power VLSI/ Modeling and Simulation of Classical and Non- classical devices. Before coming to IITP, I worked as Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur, MP, INDIA since 2011.
