Dr. Jawar Singh is Currently working as a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, previously served as Founding Project Director of Technology Innovation Hub “Vishlesan i-Hub Foundation” a section-8 company, and ex-Associate Dean Research and Development at IIT Patna. Prof Singh received Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Bristol, UK. His research interest includes devices and circuits for neuromorphic computing, quantum computing, low power Integrated circuits, embedded systems, and hardware security. Prof Singh holds two US patents related to computer semiconductor memories and recipient of a prestigious Indo-US fellowship BHAVAN 2016. Prof Singh has 50+ international journal (IEEE/IET) publications, 50+ conference publications, two book chapters and one full book from Springer, Germany. He was the visiting researcher at the Pennsylvania State University, USA, 2009, and the University of North Texas, USA, 2016, each for six months. Prof Singh is a Senior Member IEEE, Editor of IETE Technical Review, and served as Associate Editor of IET Electronics Letters and IEEE VLSI Circuits and Systems Letter. Dr Singh has supervised nine PhDs and forty M.Tech dissertations, and six PhDs are ongoing.
