At California State University, San Bernardino, Dr. Graham led the Supplemental Instruction program to international accreditation and effectively integrated multiple decentralized peer-to-peer learning support offerings (SI, embedded tutoring, embedded mentoring) into a unified, evidence-based model. He also serves on the Executive Planning Team for the West Coast Supplemental Instruction Conference, shaping over a decade of programming for student leaders, faculty, and administrators across the U.S. and abroad.
