Dr. Hyunjun Park is a biotechnology researcher at the Department of Biomechatronics at Sungkyunkwan University. He received his Ph.D. in mechatronics systems from the Department of Biomechatronics at Sungkyunkwan University. His dissertation topic is "Advanced Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering Substrates for Detection of Environmental Hazardous Materials." He is currently researching Raman spectroscopic detection platform technology, and more specifically, methods for highly sensitive detection of biomarkers that cause various diseases. His research interests include: 1) Development of various particles and structures using nanotechnology, 2) High-precision Raman spectroscopic detection platform for environmental toxicants that cause diseases and biomarkers for disease diagnosis, and 3) Advancement of Raman spectroscopic disease diagnosis using artificial intelligence models.
