I am Dr.rer nat. Ali Talib Arif, a lecturer and researcher at the Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research (KISSR).  I have worked  as a postdoctoral researcher in the group Environmental Toxicology and Nanotoxicology, Institute for Infection Prevention and Hospital Epidemiology, University Medical Center Freiburg, Germany. 

My current research studies focus on the molecular mechanisms of environmental chemicals and the toxicity of fine and ultrafine particles, which play an important role in understanding the health effects associated with particle exposure, and I have published numerous research articles on these topics in internationally renowned journals with a high impact factor.
