# Privacy Policy – MosaikPro

This app (`ch.mosaik.app`) is an offline puzzle game. The game itself runs entirely on your device; we operate **no server of our own** and store **no personal data on our own systems**. For advertising, the optional purchase and the cross-device leaderboard, however, the app integrates **Google services** that process data.

## 1. Data processed

**a) Locally on the device (never leaves the device):**

- Game progress, score and the daily free-game limit (in the app's local storage).

**b) Google AdMob (ads – free version only):**

- Device/advertising identifiers and usage data to serve ads. Before the first ad request we obtain your **consent** via the **Google UMP SDK** where legally required (e.g. EU/EEA). You can decline personalized ads.

**c) Google Play Games Services (leaderboard & cross-device score):**

- Your Play Games player ID and your cumulative score, to sync your score across your devices and show your anonymous rank ("rank X of N"). Sign-in is **optional**; without it, no rank is shown.

**d) Google Play Billing (one-time "unlock premium" purchase):**

- The purchase is handled entirely by **Google Play**. We receive **no** payment data, only whether the unlock exists.

## 2. Purposes

- Providing the game and the free/premium logic.

- Showing ads in the free version.

- Syncing the score and showing the anonymous leaderboard rank.

- Processing the optional one-time purchase.

## 3. Sharing / third parties

We do not actively share data with third parties. The Google services above process data as independent providers under their own privacy terms:

## 4. Legal basis & consent

Where consent is required (e.g. personalized ads in the EU/EEA), it is obtained via the consent form and can be withdrawn. Otherwise, processing is necessary to provide the app's features or based on legitimate interests.

## 5. Children

The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

## 6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (Swiss revFADP / EU GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. You can reset advertising identifiers in your Android settings; your Play Games data is managed via your Google account.

## 7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at the published URL.
