Dana Pizarro

I am an Assistant Professor at Universidad de O'Higgins, at the Institute of Engineering, and a researcher in Operations Management and Analytics at Instituto Sistemas Complejos de Ingeniería (ISCI). 

I was a postdoctoral researcher at Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole for two years under the supervision of Jérôme Renault and Fabien Gensbittel. Her postdoc was part of the project called Game Theory and Artificial Intelligence of the Artificial and Natural Intelligence Toulouse Institute (ANITI).

I did my  Ph.D at Universidad de Chile  advised by Jose Correa.  The title of my thesis is Dynamic problems in Revenue Management: structure and approximation. I did my undergrad studies in Mathematics at Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina, advised by  Nicolas Stier-Moses and  co-advised by Mariana Escalante. 

Research Interests

Pricing and Revenue Management -  Mechanism Design - Online Optimization - Game Theory - Artificial Intelligence.

Recently 

• Our paper Competition and Recall in Selection Problems was  accepted in Dynamic Games and Applications

•  I'm in the program committee of LATIN 2024

• I will participate in the Market Design Workshop 2023

• I gave a talk at the Workshop on Multi-Agent Systems, Barbados, 2023.
