The Nokhud Warspear ( =192791/nokhud-warspear#abilities;mode:normal) has a charge ability (swift stab) which they use on ranged DPS. On an 18 key with a 407 ilvl mage, one charge inflicts about 1/3 of my health immediately and puts a ticking dot on me. When there's only one of them in a pack, and we only pull one pack, this is manageable. But on the big roaming pack there are multiple of these mobs, and they just delete me from the game. It's not that I have a bad healer - when I get 3x charged they don't have the opportunity to get me up.

i like warspear and play it two years now. One of the best things in warspear are the dungeons in my opinion. But i can only do 2dungeons in a day, because my stamina is empty then.So i dont like stamina and would like it if you change it. My idea is that warspear would not have stamina anymore and for compensate the dungeons would be longer and harder. And maybe we can get only 5rewards in dungeons on a day...for the fairness

Guthan's warspear is a melee weapon that is part of Guthan the Infested's set of barrows equipment. Guthan's warspear is a two handed weapon, and requires 70 Attack to wield. It is the second most accurate spear in game, surpassed only by the Zamorakian spear/hasta, which has +85 Stab. However, it is slower than most spears, having an attack rate of 5 ticks, rather than 4 ticks, and it cannot be poisoned.

If Guthan's warspear is wielded together with all other pieces of Guthan's armour set, then successful melee attacks have a 25% chance of restoring health to the user equal to the damage dealt to the target. This set has the potential to be extremely useful in a variety of combat situations, due to its healing reducing the need to bring food. While the set has strong combat stats, its durability can be conserved through only equipping it when a player needs to heal, and carrying alternative non-degradable armour and weaponry.

Barrows equipment degrades as it is used. Equipment received from the Barrows minigame is fully repaired and can be used for 15 hours of combat until it degrades completely and requires repair before it can be used again. Barrows armour degrades even if the player is using protection prayers or not taking damage. Barrows equipment does not suffer in performance as it degrades from fully repaired to fully degraded. Fully repaired Barrows items start out with no numbers in their names, e.g. Guthan's warspear. It will become Guthan's warspear 100 the first time it's used in combat. Eventually it will degrade to Guthan's warspear 75, then 50, then 25 and finally 0 at which point the armour will be unusable until repaired. Additionally, Barrows equipment may only be traded if fully repaired or fully degraded.

If Guthan's warspear is wielded and other pieces of equipment of the barrows set are worn simultaneously, the player receives the set effect: successful attacks have a chance of replenishing one Life point for each damage the player deals. Many players believe this is one of the most useful weapons in the game because its healing is ideal for any combat minigames and training, with minimum food. Despite Guthan's armour having more than average combat stats and the spear being a very feasible weapon, it is mostly used by players to heal (and saves space that would have been used bringing food) and then they revert back to their regular melee armour.
