I saw comments telling the people that are saying the boyfriend needs to chill that they are delusional and he had every right to be angry and to yell. I just... I literally don't understand the point of yelling and getting so irrationally angry over something not that life-changing. Like I've been through so much anger, aggression, and screaming all my life almost on a daily basis that now I'm literally incapable of raising my voice and never get into arguments with anyone. I've just been through so much shit that I just see being irrationally emotional and angry gets you nowhere and just stresses other people out, including yourself, when instead you could be calm and logical and communicate. People say I'm cold for that but like ??? I just don't understand people and letting your emotions control you like that over the stupidest things when there's so much worse in life to go through.

I'm sorry that you find yourself here. Sounds like you've already been through enough. I didn't have any real issues with mucous myself, but I'm sure it could work the way you're describing. This site is pretty dead these days, so i wouldn't be expecting a lot of responses. Paul is on another site, Smart Patients.
