Hi

I want to build a flexible star command like rhino to set the number of sides and radius and finally plane.

Is it possible to build a star command like circle and rectangle command in grasshopper.

I think it is very necessary.

Narrator: Danger hides in the stars! This is the world of Jason of Star Command. A space-age soldier of fortune determined to stop the most sinister force in the universe: Dragos, master of the cosmos. Aiding Jason in his battle against evil is a talented team of experts, all working together in a secret section of Space Academy. Jason of Star Command!

I realised I can use less RAM when I am not using the genomeLoad parameter but not less than 800GB. I am executing two following STAR-commands with a large file of all bacteriagenomes, where the SA-File on its own has 160 GB size.

Rangers can hang out and relax in these seating areas. There are couches, chairs and a few tables located in these areas. Vid-screens are available to them in case they want to watch something on the tube. If they want to gaze at the beauty of the stars, a large window or two is there for them to view through.

These suits are seen in Star Smasher and Sunquake. They have a limited resistance to the high temperatures of any star and will melt if they have been there for too long. When put on they are mere orange oven mitts but once a button is pressed, they will automatically cover up the wearer and large watertanks appear and fill up with water in order to cool the wearer. They come with jetboots and long wings with thrusters.

I welcome all comments about the material in this blog, and I generally do not censor them. However, please follow these rules:

1. Do not link to any commercial entities, including Kickstarter campaigns, unless they're directly relevant to the material in the associated blog posting. (For instance, that GOG is selling the particular game I'm playing is relevant; that Steam is having a sale this week on other games is not.) This also includes user names that link to advertising.

2. Please avoid profanity and vulgar language. I don't want my blog flagged by too many filters. I will delete comments containing profanity on a case-by-case basis.

3. NO ANONYMOUS COMMENTS. It makes it impossible to tell who's who in a thread. If you don't want to log in to Google to comment, either a) choose the "Name/URL" option, pick a name for yourself, and just leave the URL blank, or b) sign your anonymous comment with a preferred user name in the text of the comment itself.

4. I appreciate if you use ROT13 for explicit spoilers for the current game and upcoming games. Please at least mention "ROT13" in the comment so we don't get a lot of replies saying "what is that gibberish?"

5. Comments on my blog are not a place for slurs against any race, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or mental or physical disability. I will delete these on a case-by-case basis depending on my interpretation of what constitutes a "slur."

Blogger has a way of "eating" comments, so I highly recommend that you copy your words to the clipboard before submitting, just in case.

I read all comments, no matter how old the entry. So do many of my subscribers. Reader comments on "old" games continue to supplement our understanding of them. As such, all comment threads on this blog are live and active unless I specifically turn them off. There is no such thing as "necro-posting" on this blog, and thus no need to use that term.

I will delete any comments that simply point out typos. If you want to use the commenting system to alert me to them, great, I appreciate it, but there's no reason to leave such comments preserved for posterity.

I'm sorry for any difficulty commenting. I turn moderation on and off and "word verification" on and off frequently depending on the volume of spam I'm receiving. I only use either when spam gets out of control, so I appreciate your patience with both moderation tools.

Cavoli is headed to U.S. European Command, where he will lead all U.S. military forces in the European theater and serve as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe for NATO. He has led Army Europe and Africa since October 2020. From January 2018 until the Army consolidated its Europe and Africa commands, Cavoli served as commander of U.S. Army Europe.

Before serving as West Point superintendent, Williams commanded NATO Allied Land Command in Izmir, Turkey. He also was commander of U.S. Army Africa in Vicenza, Italy, before the command was consolidated with Army Europe, and served as deputy chief of staff for operations for Army Europe.

He has deployed in support of operations Desert Shield and Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom, and as commander of Army Africa in 2014, he was involved with Operation United Assistance, fighting against the Ebola outbreak in Liberia.

The game starts at Startport Luna, where you first will have to assemble and equip your crew and buy a starship before rushing out saving humanity. Assembling the crew, i.e. character generation, is quite detailed and done by first recruiting and then training characters. Each character has seven basic stats like Strength and Intelligence. If the stats look okay, you select one of four classes (Pilots for flying ships and communicating with aliens, Marines for espionage, Soldiers for fighting, and finally Espers with strange psi powers). The character now has to be trained for eight years; each year, you select a skill to be trained, and, if you're lucky, the character increases his skill -- he may also learn nothing. Skills can be trained more than once, increasing the effective skill level. All in all, there are 18 skills, with a different set available for each class. Some trainings does not improve skills, but basic stats -- Special Forces, for example, increases speed and accuracy.

Character usually start out as Privates, but they the rank can be increased by going to Officer's school. There are 13 ranks up to Grand Admiral, with increasing pay -- money is sparse, so this may be a good choice. Then again, it may be not. Later in the game, with enough funds, you can create clones of your character to replace him when he dies. Character also age during play.

While in space, you are shown a view of the environment, with commands at the bottom and the crew or ship status on the right. The galaxy is quite big, consisting of 32x32 sectors, each containing several systems, with each one having up to 10 planets. You can select the view, changing from Galaxy Scan (showing the whole galaxy) to Long Range Scan (showing 8x8 sectors) to Sector Scan (all systems and starports of a sector) to System Scan (the star and its planets) to Visual Scan (direct view of a planet, starport or space station with its statistics).

We can access the software by simply using the STAR command followed by the basic parameters described above and any additional parameters. The full command is provided below for you to copy paste into your terminal. If you want to manually enter the command, it is advisable to first type out the full command in a text editor (i.e. Sublime Text or Notepad++) on your local machine and then copy paste into the terminal. This will make it easier to catch typos and make appropriate changes.

FORT BRAGG, N.C. - The Army Reserve's U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) senior enlisted Soldier transitioned during a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held around the main post flag pole Oct. 24.

Hundreds of Soldiers, family and friends watched as Maj. Gen. Daniel Ammerman, the commanding general of USACAPOC(A), transferred the senior enlisted duties and responsibilities of more than 13,000 Soldiers from Command Sgt. Maj. Harry Bennett to Command Sgt. Maj. Peter Running.

USACAPOC(A) supports the Army and joint forces with strategic, operational and tactical Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations and most recently Information Operations capabilities across the range of military operations.

Running, who is a Winneconne, Wisconsin, native, serves as Chief of Police for the Village of Winneconne.

Running joined the Army in 1983 where he served on active duty as a military policeman. After a short enlistment in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, he enlisted in the Army Reserve in 1988 as drill sergeant. Before selected as USACAPOC(A) command sergeant major, Running was the 353rd Civil Affairs Command's senior enlisted Soldier. The 353rd CACOM is based on Staten Island, New York.

Running said the success of his military career is the direct reflection of wife's unselfish support.

"I want to thank my wife, Jody, for the sacrifices she has made in the 32 years she's has been married to me as a Soldier," he said. "The time away, the travel, the emails, phone and conference calls. Thank you for supporting me all these years."

Running said he was excited to begin a new chapter of the Army Reserve's only airborne command.

"I look forward to the privilege of serving and working with you," he told the Soldiers standing in formation behind him. "Never forget where you came from, be the best Soldier you can, help others reach their potential, execute with perfection and train for excellence."

He said all Soldiers had the responsibility to coach and lead -- even in the face of adversity.

"Do what's right -- always," he said.

"Command Sgt. Maj. Running and your wife, Jody, I'd like to welcome both of you to the USACAPOC team," Ammerman said.

Ammerman said the transfer of authority represents the formal transition responsibilities and duties related to the order and discipline for the command and the care and maintenance of the Soldiers, civilians and families across 31 states and Puerto Rico.

He said it's been an honor to have Bennett standing by his side being a supporter for all Soldiers and families within the USACAPOC(A) formations.

"He has been a guardian of the Army standard and a real advocate for Soldier issues," he said. "In particular, he has been an advocate for Soldier retention and reenlistment."

With nearly 100 Advanced Individual Training Soldiers standing in formation off to the side, Bennett said Fort Bragg will always be home for him and his family.

One seat was left empty in the front row for Bennett's 20-year old daughter, Allison, who passed away this summer in a car accident.

"It's especially meaningful to me that you are all here with us in this beautiful field on this historical post," he said. "Fort Bragg has been our home for many years now, but this place is special. We got married in the Post Chapel, not far from here. We had Allison's service in the same place. That eternal flame right there burns for all our fallen, including the 48 USACAPOC Solders who have died in the global war on terrorism, some of whom were not much father into their career than these advanced individual training AIT Soldiers."

Bennett said he's proud of the non commissioned officer corps and what the stripes on his uniform represent.

"To me, they represent far more than the rank they stand for or even the history they come from," he said. "I would just say that I have been proud to help strengthen the stitching on the stripes from time to time throughout my career, especially here in USACAPOC(A), where so much of what we do relies on the quick thinking and ingenuity of NCOs at all levels.

After a visibly emotional speech, Bennett passed the reigns to Running with a handshake and hug.

USACAPOC(A) has 94 percent of the Army's General Purpose Forces' CA Capability, 100 percent of the Army's General Purpose Forces' PSYOP Capability and 42 percent of the Army's General Purpose Forces' I/O Capability. The command also has oversight of all Army Reserve airborne operations. ff782bc1db
