I read the article when it was published. The information about ties is wrong, I confronted posta over my parcels that had been taken to Bungoma by speedaf and they could not deliver to my local post office. Currently I have written my aliexpress such that if the order is shipped by speedaf it goes to kitale which is nearer to me and if it is posta it goes to kitale then redirected to my local post office either through Bungoma or direct. I am in Bungoma North which is nearer kitale than Bungoma yet speedaf only have pick up station in kitale and Bungoma town.
