=-6fC86-bVfU The Original version of Greatest Story Ever Told was a Mickey Hart and Robert Hunter composition. It was based on the water pump at Mickey's ranch where they would get high as fuck and draw water from the pump. David Gans back in 90 did an entire GDH on this and how it came about and evolved. Hunter and Weir had a slight tiff about Bob changing some lyrics as well.

I'm setting up pump it up on my computer, so of course I want to get custom songs. A lot of the songs I want to play don't have a pump it up chart, so is there a program or something to allow me to make my own?

Initial public reaction ridiculed the song and music video due to Da Pump's age, dancing, and the outdated Eurobeat trend. Patrick St. Michel of The Japan Times likened the reaction to "watching your dad wax nostalgic and try to become a hypebeast at the same time".[1] However, the song soon grew in popularity and became a summer hit for drawing sentimental value to the 1990s,[1] especially among Hello! Project fans who were nostalgic for their early music style.[2][3] The song was described as "tacky but cool" by the media.[6] The music video gained 1 million views on its first week of release.[7] By July 2018, the song had been downloaded more than 22,790 times.[8]

The song inspired a trend called the "U.S.A. game", where people would sing, "C'mon, baby, America" (a line from the chorus) followed by a factual statement about the United States while keeping in rhythm.[9] The success of "U.S.A." led Okayama Prefecture to creating an advertisement featuring a parody of the song to attract tourists and volunteers.[10]

Da Pump promoted "U.S.A." on Count Down TV on June 28, 2018.[11] They made a surprise guest appearance at Hello! Project's 20th anniversary concert and performed the song.[12]Da Pump also performed "U.S.A." on December 1, 2018 before a Hisamitsu Springs volleyball match in Kobe, Japan.

Background:  Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are the most effective drugs to reduce gastric acid secretion. PPIs are one of the most commonly prescribed classes of medications worldwide. Apart from short-term application, maintenance therapy with PPIs is recommended and increasingly used in certain diseases, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, especially for people with erosive oesophagitis or Barrett's oesophagus. Although PPIs are generally safe, their efficacy and safety of long-term use remains unclear. The question of whether the long-term use of PPIs could promote the development of gastric pre-malignant lesions has been widely investigated, but results are inconsistent. Limited insight on this problem leads to a dilemma in decision making for long-term PPI prescription.

When Pump was only thirteen years old, his cousin, Lil Ominous, introduced him to future close friend, Smokepurpp; the two eventually became close collaborators. Pump began rapping in 2016 alongside his Smokepurpp. His first song was self-titled, after Purpp produced a track and asked him to freestyle over it. He released several more singles on SoundCloud, eventually becoming a respected individual in the South Florida underground rap scene.

This brilliant song musically embodies all of the hard-working spirit that we should all aspire to. With every beat, I imagine myself knocking out another assignment and another minute of studying. Walk the Moon is one of my all time favorite bands, up there with Kygo. If you get the chance- go seem them live. As for this song, I listened to this driving up to a real estate conference where I was speaking in front of hundreds of people. Guess what? I killed it!

The song "Pump It Up With You" has some messages used since the previous versions like the grades (S, A, B...) and, also, in the end of the song, there's another message used when the player has no life gauge (if the Stage Break is on) or if have a combo more than 50 misses. The message is "Hey!! Why don't you just get up and dance, man?"

Proton pump inhibitors (PPI) are a type of acid-suppressive drugs that inhibit the secretion of gastric acid by restraining the exchange of H+-K+[13,14]. Due to their powerful inhibition of the secretion of gastric acid, PPIs have been widely used to treat gastroesophageal diseases that result from too much acid, including gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastritis and gastric and duodenal ulcers[15-18]. However, the efficacy, safety and influential factors of PPI use remain inconclusive, especially for NERD[19,20].

Forest plot. A: Comparison of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) vs H2 receptor antagonists (H2RA) on the rate of symptomatic relief; B: Comparison of PPI vs placebo on the rate of symptomatic relief; C: Comparison of PPI vs H2RA on the rate of adverse events; D: Comparison of PPI vs placebo on the rate of adverse events; E: Overall efficacy of PPI against non-erosive reflux disease (NERD); F: Adverse rate of PPI against NERD.

The first major finding revealed by this comprehensive approach was that the activity of PPIs is obviously superior to that of H2RA in its efficacy and safety against NERD. Because heartburn, the main symptom of patients with NERD, results from erosion due to gastric acid reflux into the esophagus, acid-suppressive drugs, including PPI and H2RA, have been deemed effective treatments for NERD[40,41]. After a meal, gastrin secretion stimulates the release of histamine by enterochromaffin-like cells, which binds to histamine H2 receptors, leading to acid release via the hydrogen potassium ATPase (H+-K+-ATPase) pump[42]. Compared to the mechanism of H2RA, which acts against one of the three histamine-H2 receptors, PPI acts against the H+-K+-ATPase[43]. To control for the influences of different dose and therapeutic duration, we performed a subgroup analysis. This analysis showed that PPI treatment against NERD was superior to H2RA and placebo regardless of the dose or duration. However, only after short durations was PPI treatment safer than placebo.
