** The 4-month constant maturity series began on October 19, 2022, with the first auction of a 17-week Treasury bill as a benchmark Treasury security. Prior to this date, Treasury had issued Treasury bills with 17-week maturities as cash management bills.

Daily Treasury Bill Rates: These rates are the daily secondary market quotations on the most recently auctioned Treasury Bills for each maturity tranche (4-week, 8-week, 13-week, 17-week, 26-week, and 52-week) for which Treasury currently issues new bills. Market quotations are obtained at approximately 3:30 PM each business day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The Bank Discount rate is the rate at which a bill is quoted in the secondary market and is based on the par value, amount of the discount and a 360-day year. The Coupon Equivalent, also called the Bond Equivalent, or the Investment Yield, is the bill's yield based on the purchase price, discount, and a 365- or 366-day year. The Coupon Equivalent can be used to compare the yield on a discount bill to the yield on a nominal coupon security that pays semiannual interest with the same maturity date.

The status of each bill, resolution, proclamation, and memorial is updated when the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House publish the un-official daily journals and should not be deemed official. The official bill actions are located in the final journal, which are maintained by the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House. The daily journals are published at the end of each legislative day.

Identical bill

Companion bills that are identical word-for-word, not including titles. However, Resolutions and Concurrent Resolutions are considered identical if the only difference is the word "House" or "Senate."

Linked bill

A bill that is contingent upon passage of another bill within the same chamber, e.g., a trust fund bill, a bill providing a public record exemption, or an implementing bill.

Under the bill, the Department of Labor & Industry (DLI) will create a new ergonomic program within the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) to focus on warehouses, meatpacking, and health care by increasing outreach to employers, training, and safety grants.

The bill also updates penalties on employers for OSHA violations to put Minnesota in conformity with Federal OSHA standards. Currently, the State is out of compliance with OSHA and is at risk of losing the authority to operate our own program through DLI. Blocks by the previously GOP-led Senate have stopped similar efforts in past years, leaving Minnesota with some of the lowest OSHA penalties in the country. 006ab0faaa
