Hey guys,
First time here and hoping I can get some help for this. I am trying to edit a PSD template for a photo booth print overlay and can't seem to figure out how to adjust the transparent rectangles where the photos would go. I am trying to move the middle rectangle higher and the left and right rectangles lower so I have more space to fit the logo in the bottom middle (attaching a screenshot). Is there a tutorial somewhere for this or can someone give me a few pointers? I've just started using the software recently and a total beginner with this. Thank you very much in advance.
From the layer panel, expand the overlay (Group) there will likely be rectangles that you can select and move but it would be nice to have a screenshot of that layer group expanded to see what is actually in there.

I tried going into the layer group and move the rectangles but they are not moving, only the overlay layer itself is moving. I have a feeling that they are possibly cut outs in the overlay itself and I have to change the size and the positioning of them somehow?

Did everything you mentioned and ended up with the screenshot attached. I actually don't need to place any images as its a template for a photo booth event that I had last night. So the photos that are being taken by the photo booth are to be overlayed to the transparent rectangles during the event (attaching another image).
So once I activate the mask again I am still not able to move those transparent rectangles where I need them to be.

On the left side, I can switch between a GIF, Print (which adds frames and props), and simple Photos. On the right side, I can get the picture to my phone or email, print it (provided I have the equipment), or share it on Twitter.
What I like about dslrBooth are its robust settings and options. The software is a real powerhouse and I can see a dedicated photographer making magic with it. That is, if he or she is willing to invest time learning to use it as it can be quite complex.
Regarding performance, I tested this software on a very beefy computer and found the experience to be laggy.
