Personalization Panel for Windows 7 Starter ? Windows 7 Home Basic provides a premium personalization features for low-end Windows 7 Editions. It can bypass the restrictions and offers the useful UI like in Ultimate Edition of Windows 7.

Personalization Panel 2.5 is the latest version. It is strongly recomended to update your current version right now!

In windows 10, control panel is quite depreciating. Now when we open it and click Personalization and Appearence then it opens the applet in Settings app. How to open the classic settings in Control panel? It will be also better to create shortcut on desktop.

v2.2

I tried to fix a crash when the app loads the list of themes. If you were affected by this issue, please try with this new version.

v2.1

Full compatibility with Windows 10 version 1703 (Creators Update). Added the ability to open the classic Desktop Background and Color and Appearance windows.

Personalization Panel for Windows 7 Starter ? Windows 7 Home Basic brings on premium personalization features for low-end Windows 7 Editions. It can bypass restrictions and provides useful UI - same as in Ultimate Edition, for example.

It covers most personalization features and also allows you to change wallpaper in Windows 7 Starter and change color of windows in Windows 7 Home Basic.

UPDATE: A more advanced freeware is available which can permanently enable original Desktop personalization feature and Aero glass transparency in Windows 7 Home Basic and Starter editions. You can download it from following link:

You can simply create a shortcut of the .exe file on your desktop and just double click on it to launch the panel. But if you have administrative access, you can integrate it to the right-click context menu in Windows 10. At the bottom left edge of the panel, click on option. It will give you two buttons, one to add the tool and one to remove. Click on the appropriate button and save the settings.

In addition to these theme options, thousands of themes are available online, from the Themes page of the Windows website. You can access the Themes page directly at windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/themes or from the Personalization panel that displays the themes that are already installed on your computer. The desktop backgrounds of these themes feature some breathtaking photography and creative artwork across multiple subject categories that include not only general photography (landscapes, animals, plants, people, and places) but also themes tied to specific movies or games. You could spend hours browsing through the options.

Any changes that you make after you apply a theme create a customized version of that theme, which is designated in the Personalization panel as Unsaved Theme. For example, you can change the system color or select a single background image from among several that come with a theme. If you like the changes you make to a theme, you can save it as a custom theme, either for your own use or for distribution to other people.

I'm curious how everyone is handling this if you're publishing full desktops. Since there isn't a way to modify the visibility of any of these areas with group policy. Have you found some way to edit file/directory NTFS permissions to accomplish selective visibility? Do you just allow it? Do you remove read access to "C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel\SystemSettings.exe" so it can't be launched? There is mostly junk in there, but I'd like to offer up some areas to users, mostly Personalization options, like color, start, and taskbar settings. These are areas that you can't configure in the "classic" control panel.

Personalization Panel (Aero Patch) is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in personalization category and is available to all software users as a free download.

The first thing you should know about these two menus is that Settings is now the go-to tool for most of the common Windows personalization options, while Control Panel is generally reserved for more complex actions and settings.

If the Ocular Disease Focused Exome test is non-informative, the clinical care provider may obtain consent for whole exome sequence analysis as an extension of the panel. No additional blood samples will be required. In contrast, whole exome sequencing should be considered for patients with more complex clinical presentations and multiple system involvement, not limited to eye disease.

The VMDKids panel targets the coding region and intron/exon boundaries for 222 genes including genes associated with comprehensive vascular anomalies (107 genes), isolated capillary malformations (25 genes), lymphatic malformations/venous malformations or arteriovenous malformations (55 genes), lymphedema (54 genes), vascular tumors (25 genes), generalized body overgrowth (50 genes), Noonan syndrome (28 genes), skin pigmentary mosaicism and dermal hypoplasia (49 genes), focal sclerotic bone lesions (5 genes), focal cortical dysplasia (30 genes) and Cornelia de Lange syndrome (15 genes). The test has been validated to detect variants at a variant allele frequency of 1%.

The OncoKids cancer panel is a primer-based target enrichment, next-generation sequencing assay designed to detect diagnostic, prognostic and biologic markers for targeted therapy across the spectrum of pediatric cancers. These cancers include leukemias, sarcomas, brain tumors and embryonal tumors. OncoKids is a targeted gene panel intended to guide the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in pediatric patients based on the genomic alterations specific to their tumor.

The DNA content of the OncoKids panel consists of over 3,000 amplicons and covers the full coding regions of 44 cancer predisposition loci, tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes; hotspots for mutations in 82 genes; and amplification events in 24 genes. The RNA content includes over 1,400 targeted gene fusions associated with acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, childhood sarcomas, pediatric brain tumors and soft tissue tumors.

Through the Legal Services Panel, DWF will provide general legal services (lot 1) to UK central government departments and other public sector bodies.
