2. Once you've got the two program folders extracted, stick the "fmt_ninjaripper_rip.py" that came with Ninja Ripper into Noesis' \plugins\python folder. You're going to need to have this set up for later.

C7 is visible in the Dev page, its the 110 with flat engine tip and two bombs under it. From what I know, our C4 just got bombs and might need a engine variant change and should have 9mm plates added for the pilot. But externaly it isint really wrong. But for the ripping, I found a website with almost all models in the game, including test, dev and AI vehicles. With data, 3D viewer and downloads. Tho it cost at minimum 3$ to create a account (to download) , but meh. Better than xxxx up the Ripping and getting banned for messing with "locked" gamefiles. Anyway, thx for the awnser. (My biggest gripe with the C7 is the risk that it isint as good than the C4 and that its engine are damn different looking compared to C4... and no epic custom camo from "Blazing Angels" (DM, FM or ninja-nerfs). Very eager for the F-2 and G-2. But kinda sad of loosing a old bud.)

Working on a project at the moment where I could really do with having the LIDAR/3d scan data from Google earth in the background. I've tried using some (apparently) old software called 3D Ripper DX which just seems to crash google earth for me. I've browsed to forums a bit and many people have asked this, but the 3D ripper DX software appeared to be the choice in the past, but as I said; not working for me.

3DripperDX used to work well on the defunct Mocrosoft version of GoogleEarth, which was in some ways better. That is because it was DirectX-based, while GE is OpenGL-based. I have tried a few other programs that are supposed to work on OGL and no luck.

I've given up on ninjaripper and Arma 3 due to the fact that the textures won't align with the meshes, so I'm working with the Gary's Mod files for now. Gary's mod would be easy to work with if it wasn't for the fact that the models I'm ripping have a ton of different parts. If anyone thinks they might know how to either get the Gary's mod files or better yet, the arma 3 files working, please let me know. I've searched everywhere and I really don't know what to do at this point.

So, I want to study how vehicle and weapons models are meshed and formed. I had a cracked copy of GTAIV, and was getting the 3d ripper dx to work with it, but the drunk camera from the cracked copy was making me ill. (lol)
