So I'd ordered the FC24 from flipkart at 39k on flipkart from MPDSLERetail. Initialy it was due to be delivered on Oct 6 but I was out of town so rescheduled delivery at 10 Oct. So yesterday Oct 10, Initially my order was Open Box Delivery but Flipkart changed it to OTP delivery without my consent.
I called flipkart and asked why did they change my order from Open Box delivery to normal delivery? got response saying "it's their new policy". they wouldn't budge. Very fishy. Delivery box was in very bad condition. but PS5 package was good. Little Bhai-Chara with delivery guy and he was ready to do the open box delivery. I recorded with my phone while he opend the box. I checked all the accessoruies were accounted for, including FC24 game code. Immediatly checked if searial code on the PS5 and warranty card matched. it did. sight of relif. anyways I got lucky and did not face any issues.
