Thank you so much! In my Socials 9 class, we had a board game project to teach people about the events that occured during the French Revolution era, and this worked perfectly. We printed the deed cards on cardstock to their exact real-monopoly dimensions, and the board we had printed at Staples for $25 on laminate paper. This template is amazing!

This Monopoly game board is easy to print using your printer at home. The blank template is completely customizable so you can add in any property names that you wish to use when you make your own Monopoly board.

So... I have had this file sitting on my desktop for over a year, and I thought it'd be best to simply share it. If someone wants, I can GPL the vector file so someone else can make a custom monopoly-like game without having to go through the Monopoly site and pay a ton of money.

I realize it's been 8 years since you created this vector art of the Seminopoly board, and the link doesn't seem to work anymore. Any chance you still have it available? I have to create a custom monopoly game for a small vendor show, it's all internal fun. I'm. happy to credit/donate, etc... Thank you so much!

Jeff, I am very happy with what you have created here. You've done an excellent job! I'm certain there are many more people who have a custom monopoly game because of your efforts, and I hope you enjoyed the process as much as myself.

As a Scrum Master/Facilitator, you can use this template for teams of size 5 or more. This is approximately a 60-90 minute activity based on the team size. The template will certainly make work fun and bring teams together.

It is recommended that you introduce this template after the teams have been working together for a month or so. It is recommended that the team is reasonably familiar with using Miro and retro activities in Miro. This will make it more beneficial and fun and you will not have any learning curve issues.

This template is used to make a Monopoly board layout. It can be used for a standard board, yet is robust enough to handle alternate colors, nonstandard layouts and even the mega-boards with additional spaces. Below is an example of what this template produces.

Below is the template code (with standard property data filled in) that you can use to produce a board layout. It would be best to copy it directly, paste it into your editing window and edit it to produce another Monopoly board. But before you do, there are some important notes you should read. So scroll down and review the rest of this documentation.

First, if the board is anything other than the standard 40 space layout (9 per side plus 4 corners) you'll have to alter one or both of the variables spaces_horizontal and spaces_vertical. These correspond to the number of spaces between the corners. The template can handle as little as 1 and as many as 12 spaces per side.

Second, note that the property names section is divided into four parts... one for each side of the table starting with (what is normally) Mediterranean Avenue and proceeding clockwise. Three of these sections are arranged in the template as one would expect. However, the second (the normally purple (DarkOrchid) and orange side) is a little different. The properties are listed in clockwise order, but the listing is populated to the bottom rather than from the top. (This was unavoidable due to the way HTML tables render and in the interest of keeping things as simple as possible.) ff782bc1db
