I wonder if there are anyway to make galaxy watch pick up messenger call like phone call. I bought it hoping I could do that without doing any research. Now I am a bit late frustrated as well as disappointed with it.

Whenever I receive a messenger call and answer it the phone automatically switches from Bluetooth headphones to phone speaker/mic. When the call ends the Bluetooth headphones are still connected no problem. Very annoying! How can I make it so when I answer these messenger calls it stays connected to my Bluetooth headphones (Bose quiet comfort II)

Go ahead and tap Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing and we'll see if your settings need to be updated. From here, you can choose to have these calls answered through a Bluetooth headset or the iPhone speaker if they aren't automatically connected correctly.

Hi! My Fitbit versa device can't receive call from Facebook messenger app though it can receive text messages and missed call notification from messenger app. But my husband's ionic can receive call from both phn and Facebook messenger app simultaneously. Is the versa is not capable of receiving call from Facebook messenger app or it's only my versa device problem?

Versa OS is firmware version 32.33.1.30. Messenger notification on in Fitbit app. That's why versa can receive messenger's text messages and missed call notification but can't receive ongoing call . After the call has ended it just shows the missed call notification.

I have Samsung note 8 with android version 8 which I believe to be latest. In Fitbit app notification setting there is only one option for call and that is phone call whether for text message notification there are 2 option . One is phn message and the other is for messenger. In my Fitbit app phn message is primary text messaging app. On app notification in Fitbit app messenger app is ticked on. Let me know is there anything that I am doing wrong.

Yes messenger calls shows up on the phone screen while phone screen is locked. I have checked phone notifications too. I do not understand what you mean by 3 option for call in android phn. In which setting I should check for this.

I have checked all notification setting in my phone apps and also in Fitbit app. So , what is wrong that incoming call in facebook messenger app is not showing on versa while it can receive missed call and messages notification from the same app.

Hello @MarcoGFitbit thank you for your reply. I contacted Fitbit customer service regarding this issue and they told me that unlike ionic, versa is not capable of receiving Facebook messenger app call but it can receive message notification from messenger app. Is there any one using versa can assure me about this issue. My question is versa capable of receiving messenger app call

Check notification setting on versa watch . Press left button for few second scroll down you will find notification setting on watch too. Just check whether it's on or off. Also check notification setting on Fitbit app on your phn. On Fitbit app go to the watch setting > notifications > touch the three dot on upper right > check whether notification is enable/ disable> then press send test call > if the watch is capable of receiving test call then it should be able to receive any notification send from the phn via Fitbit app. If it's not working you can also chat with their customer care directly for trouble shooting. On Fitbit app go to the watch setting > touch 3 dot on upper right > help.

Hello, so I do not know if this is a messenger problem or a Verizon issue, however I cannot make any calls on messenger without Wi-Fi, I can text with data, but I cannot call, it will connect but I will hear no talking, then after a little it goes back to connecting and never connects. Is there a solution for this? or will my phone be cursed like this until I buy a new one.

Sorry been busy, I am able to make calls on snapchat, Regular calls, and other services, but when i call via messenger, it connects, shows its on, but i hear nobody and it goes back to connecting, and its only on my end

Worked on the Splendor last month for us -it's how my nephew stayed connected to his girlfriend the entire cruise. Nothing to walk through really - connect to the ship's wifi when you go out to sea. Buy the social media package, open facebook, then depending on your phone, slide left to open chat, click on the person and as long as they are online, you can facebook chat. You can also send messages through the Facebook messenger feature.

Getting the social media package once on the ship is really easy. My tip, try the calling feature now while you are at home, so you and your kids know how to do it. Then, once on the ship, its a piece of cake. First time you open your internet on the ship, the menu will be there for you to purchase the various level social media plans.

I used it last fall on the Elation. The texting feature works a little better than the phone calling feature. There's a slight delay and a bit of a tin sound to the quality. But its good if your kids just want to hear your voice. It works better on different parts of the ship and some phones seem to work better than others. My friend and I stayed in the same cabin and her phone worked better than mine when we called our husbands and kids.

The Social Media app is $5 per day. It can be purchased one day at a time or as a package for everyday of the cruise. We paid $40 or $45 for an 11 day cruise so there is a little price break during the longer cruises. This works with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,, and maybe another app or two. The facebook messenger and calling both worked on our Elation cruise in April. The wifi can be a bit spotty, so there's not always a great connection with the calls.

I am sailing with 2 teenagers so 3 of us in one cabin. Can we all 3 use the Facebook messenger app to communicate via text while onboard? Do I purchase 3 social media packages? Can I even purchase 3 ? I'm confused because it says 1 device only, so not sure if it is one device per cabin, or 1 device per social media plan. The Hub app is not available yet for our ship [emoji27] (Liberty)

More than 700 million accounts participate in voice and video calls every day on Facebook Messenger and the Facebook-owned WhatsApp, and the number of calls has more than doubled in many areas since the coronavirus outbreak began, the company said in a press release.

Messenger Rooms' privacy protections include the ability to control who sees your room, and can lock or unlock it. If it's unlocked, anyone with the link can join and share the room with others. But the room creator has to be present to start the call. They can control who can join, and can remove participants at any time, too. People can report a room for violating Facebook rules -- though those reports will not include any video or audio from the call. Facebook doesn't listen to your calls at all, the company said.

Do you want to call someone without using data or running up your phone bill? Fortunately, you can make free calls over the internet using Facebook Messenger, including international calls! Messenger is more than just sending text messages. This wikiHow article teaches you how to make free voice and video calls with Facebook Messenger.

I am wondering if there is a way I can detect a skype call/telegram/whatsapp/fb messenger call etc in progress or incoming call etc just like the regular phone call with telephony manager/listener? I would like to have some kind of mechanism that detects an ongoing /incoming etc call from skype/telegram etc for my app. I came across this solution :Call Detection for skype in android but not sure if it'll work for all generic messenger apps. Is there a hack or any kind of listener I can implement on my side that allows me to detect these? Any ideas would be awesome.

Long story, but I went on a date with a girl who I then blocked immediately afterwards due to me suspecting she was a bit of a psychopath (which the proceeding story will confirm), and then a couple of days later I was bombarded with phone calls from a private number in a robotic voice, from that girl, asking why I blocked her, making threats, saying I'd get bashed and she would kill me - my exact house address was also found by her despite me never even telling her where I lived, and she actually got someone to pull up to my address to scare me at 2:00 am when this was all happening. This was scary in and of itself, but what freaked me out even more was the fact that when I went onto my computer to make a call to my friend over Messenger, telling him what was going on, we both heard the same robotic voice sending threats, and it was on the Messenger call on my computer, not on my mobile phone.

To make a Messenger call from the Help Desk, ensure the conversation is in the Messenger and the customer is online. Then click the phone icon in the top right and select from Messenger voice or video call.

I am using the Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G. After the latest update ( Nov 2021 ) security patch, I cannot hear the other party's voice during the FB messenger video call. I uninstall and re-install the app, still no sound. I tried *#0*# and both my speakers are working. I went into the App to enable everything from camera to microphone to phone to sms to contacts to calendar. Still no sound. The other party can hear me ok but I cannot hear the other party. ff782bc1db
