So with the weekly thread on quests, it posed a thought to me, is it safe to merge a bunch of quest mods? Say, I wanted to merge Conan, Darkend, Forgotten City, Wheel of Lull, and whatever else is highly recommended?

Merge Quest is a casual game where you match up items to forge new ones so they emerge on the gameboard. You'll also need to use this tactic to combine different weapons to arm yourself and take on each of the monsters that pop up in each level.

Garden Quests are extra goals that can be completed while in your Garden. Three quests - a Flourish Quest, an Action Quest, and a Creation Quest - will be available at a time, and are represented by three empty stars on the left side of the screen while in the Garden.

Completing or skipping a quest will reward the player with a Goal Star (with a small chance to receive a Magic Star instead), and fill in the corresponding star on the left side of the screen. Leaving the Garden and re-entering will wipe away any completed/skipped quests and replace them with the next quest in the corresponding category. Tapping on a filled star will display a description of the completed quest, any rewards and also has a "next quest" button that will do the same. Once the last quest of a section has been completed, the star for that section will disappear.

Some of Cyberpunk 2077's more disturbing side quests are the ones given by Delamain, Epistrophy, and Don't Lose Your Mind. In Epistrophy, V learns that some of Delamain's cabs have gone rogue after becoming sentient and starting to rebel against their creator. After hunting down all of the missing vehicles in each corner of Night City, V will later be summoned again by Delamain, who is still having trouble with its split personalities. Now, they're actively trying to destroy the main Delamain core.

This is the basis of the Don't Lose Your Mind side quest in Cyberpunk 2077, where V will need to make a difficult decision that has three pathways and endings. All the ways the quest end can influence the overall ending to Cyberpunk 2077, although how meaningful this impact really is varies from player to player. Regardless of what choice is made, the moral dilemma present at the end of this quest is one of the many ways this game makes the most of its unique setting to tell a wonderful story.

Updated on October 1, 2023, by Ritwik Mitra: Delamain is an AI construct who plays a pretty major role during the turning point in Cyberpunk 2077 when the game properly starts. While initially seeming like nothing more than an innocent automated taxi service, the system ends up facing some unforeseen problems that V is told about when he sees the AI construct going haywire. Multiple instances of Delamain have gained sentience and gone rogue, prompting Delamain to request V to track them down and bring them back to the facility. This prompts a wild goose chase where players are tasked with tracking down these rogue Delamains one by one, following a climactic sequence where players must avoid electrical hazards while making their way to the core and deciding what to do with it. This decision is easier said than done, with Johnny pitching in and letting V know what he'd like to happen. Suffice it to say, this decision is pretty critical in its own way despite being a side quest in Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberpunk 2077 will give V the option to reset the core as Delamain wants, but Johnny, who compares this act to murdering a cab driver's kids, will suggest a third option: force the personalities to merge with Delamain. This leaves V with three options that result in three different endings to this Cyberpunk 2077 quest. All options result in V obtaining a free Delamain cab to keep... although most people will already have better vehicles in their garage by this point. In comparison, the cab is rather lame, although players can still drive it around and have a blast if it suits their fancy.

Choosing this option requires V to have Level 10 Intelligence. Johnny will like this choice, which can help lead to the secret Cyberpunk 2077 ending, though not as much if V chooses to destroy the core. This option will force all personalities that V met while driving around in the Epistrophy quests to become one within Delamain.

The new Delamain will decide that it no longer wants to be in Night City and leaves, but leaves behind a new free vehicle for V: a taxi with a more personable, child-like version of the Delamain AI controlling it. Most people consider this to be the best option in Cyberpunk 2077, but the requirement of 10 Intelligence might thwart most people from enjoying this ideal conclusion. In such a situation, players will need to choose the other two solutions for this quest, although this isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, a failed skill check is obviously frustrating, and it doesn't help that most first-time players won't really invest too many points in Intelligence, to begin with.

Players can opt for this decision if they don't put too much stock in the idea of AI sentience, which is a fair stance to take (even if Johnny himself isn't a huge fan of this stance). It also brings back the original version of Delamain, despite him not being aware of this notable incident. However, do keep in mind that many people consider this to be the worst way to deal with the quest since it discards the feelings of the other AI constructs and treats them as nothing more than disposable commodities.

You can only resolve merge conflicts on GitHub that are caused by competing line changes, such as when people make different changes to the same line of the same file on different branches in your Git repository. For all other types of merge conflicts, you must resolve the conflict locally on the command line. For more information, see "Resolving a merge conflict using the command line."

Warning: When you resolve a merge conflict on GitHub, the entire base branch of your pull request is merged into the head branch. Make sure you really want to commit to this branch. If the head branch is the default branch of your repository, you'll be given the option of creating a new branch to serve as the head branch for your pull request. If the head branch is protected you won't be able to merge your conflict resolution into it, so you'll be prompted to create a new head branch. For more information, see "About protected branches."

Note: If the Resolve conflicts button is deactivated, your pull request's merge conflict is too complex to resolve on GitHub. You must resolve the merge conflict using an alternative Git client, or by using Git on the command line. For more information see "Resolving a merge conflict using the command line."

Decide if you want to keep only your branch's changes, keep only the other branch's changes, or make a brand new change, which may incorporate changes from both branches. Delete the conflict markers and make the changes you want in the final merge.

If you have more than one file with a conflict, select the next file you want to edit on the left side of the page under "conflicting files" and repeat steps four through seven until you've resolved all of your pull request's merge conflicts.

If the head branch is the default branch of the repository, you can choose either to update this branch with the changes you made to resolve the conflict, or to create a new branch and use this as the head branch of the pull request. 2351a5e196
