You haven't yet told us about those pedals, and it is my experience that hardware is more often easier to add to linux (supported by community drivers), than on windows (requiring proprietary drivers and often using extra unnecessary extra software).
Starting a thread in the .org linux forum detailing your hardware would have yielded strong support from the community regarding your issue and would have taken less effort than the series of long posts you've made in this thread attempting to derail it.
