So, as I understand it, the majority of the Chaos space marines come from the Heresy, specifically the traitor legions who fled into the Eye of Terror. It's been 10000 years since the Heresy, how are there still more chaos space marines? You could say "the legions were huge" but the Istvaan dropsite massacre was so bad it basically crippled some loyalist legions to this very day (the Salamanders basically never recovered from the massacre). The dropsite massacre was 1 fight, across the 10000 years of war in the far future, how tf are there still chaos space marines. What I guess the answer will be is "current chapters will turn to chaos" but like how many are turning wtf.

To this day, I still wish he had just said: “I support Bayern.” But here we are. I ended up supporting the blue camp in Munich. And in fairness, die Blauen (blues) are the club of the city of Munich. Blue and white stickers with the stylized Bavarian Lion - which the club borrowed from the brewery Löwenbräu - and graffiti dominate the landscape of downtown Munich and the former workers’ quarter Giesing, where the club still trains and now once again plays.

Even with specific armor-piercing weapons, it becomes near impossible to take care of the wall of 6-10 chaos warriors clipping in and out of each other spamming never-ending attacks on top of whatever else, if anything, you have to deal with (specials, hordes, bosses, etc.)

Five years since the retraction of the Trump-era zero-tolerance policy on illegal border crossings, which resulted in the separation of more than 5,000 children from their families at the U.S.-Mexico border between 2017 and 2021, a task force is still attempting to reunify and account for separated families.

I run a red / blue spellslinger deck, so a common suggestion I hear is to add Chaos Warp in my deck. I know that is used very often in commander, but I am still hesitant based on the potential drawback of my opponent getting something better. (I like to very much be in control and have full information).

Somebody please explain me why Prusa (meamwhile grown from startup to decent company size) still is absolutely unable to handle shipping and order fulfillment of their customers? Who is responsible for this soap opera?

To my mind the Chaos rework is basically "Inspiration Part II", outside of Chaotic Potency, and half of Chaotic Persistence. Would you even still run this on, for instance, condi DPS Mirage? I'm thinking Illusions instead...

While its definitely been nerfed (deleted during edit, was wrong, it just sucks now after further testing pretty much anything is better to use at this point. The pros are offset by the way regeneration has been removed from f4, requires chaos aura which renders choices like the extra condi dmg inert. Just a full wasted traitline now, imo.)

While its definitely been nerfed its got decent utility still for full condi builds, the 250 expertise is a little awkward to maintain uptime and the condi dmg loss hurts but still provides more then dueling.

its on regen still like before, it's just too clunky to maintain solo with the switch to heal/requiring chaos aura... which means you have to take that traitline.

It's moved from solo friendly/utility to niche essentially.

was very easy to maintain in concert with the f4/75% threshold proc, the on hit due to the heavy amount of chaos aura possibility with torch/staff/lesser chaos storm would hold over, for Virts you could also utilize the on block/dodge procs as well, and of course not forgetting the use of the signet to reset the skills just in case you were cutting it close.

100% regen uptime was never a concern before which made the 250 expertise/concentration + condi damage traitline + minor condi trait extremely useful and even gave f4 a purpose.

In one swoop, all these benefits got axed hard from maximum benefit in exchange to offer boons.

The question I have if the changes to the illusion line will make it worth using over the chaos line for axe mirage. Chaotic Persistence giving 16.7% condi duration is massive. On my setup that is nearly a 10% increase in overall damage. The illusion line has a lot of extra stacks, mostly confusion but some torment and burn. Confusion is rather weak right now, so really the trait line is mostly Compounding Power, The Pledge, and Maim the Disillusioned. The Dueling Line has more additional stacks, but it is mostly confusion, so it can be reduced to Sharper Images and Duelist Discipline.

One reason is stark partisan differences. While support for military aid among Democrats has gone up since last November and remained remarkably stable since the very first days of the war, support among Republicans has gone down precipitously. Though a majority (50 percent) of GOP voters continue to favor sending military aid to Ukraine today, this number is down 30 points from March 2022 and 18 points from July 2022. And only a minority of Republicans (47 percent) still support providing economic aid to Ukraine.

I thought I would be so exhausted from all the chaos that I would sleep for days and love sitting and catching up on Netflix shows or something of that nature. In reality, the first morning I was home, I woke up at 5 a.m. due to jet lag, put on my shoes and went for a run.

Five days after a cyberattack crippled operations of MGM Resorts International, including its signature Las Vegas properties the Bellagio and the MGM Grand, the company said Thursday morning it is still working to resolve issues as another major resort operation, Caesars Entertainment, acknowledged it was also the target of a cyberattack.

Doing all this is quite difficult, of course, thanks to the contingent nature of international relations, the vagaries of domestic and bureaucratic politics, and the limits of human foresight. But the question is, knowing that grand strategic efforts are likely to fall short to some degree, is it sensible simply to give up? Edelstein and Krebs believe that it is. What they miss, however, is that even if grand strategy is hard to do, it can still be made to work well enough. No grand strategy can provide flawless coherence and foresight in foreign policy. What it can do is help a country achieve better results than would be possible without the overarching guidance that grand strategy provides.

My heart holds a special place for books about grief, loss, and coping, and The Chaos of Standing Still did not disappoint in making me cry and laugh. This book focuses more on the coping aspects of grief and all the chaos that encompasses that helpless feeling. Many times I found this story heartbreaking, but the ending is like a breath of fresh air and a warm hug filled with hope.

The chaos, demonstrations, and general unrest continue to plague France since the passage of the pension reform bill. The country is descending into complete disorder as groups from the far Left have maintained a climate of anarchy.

Microsoft will soon begin natively blocking macros on files sourced from the Internet, with a stronger warning that makes it harder to re-enable this functionality. While this could reduce the impact of some of the attack features, macros in startup documents still have the ability to bypass the security policy set by users. It is unclear when or whether this will be fixed by Microsoft.

For the last few weeks, I have been constantly bombarded by things. We have all gone through seasons where almost nothing seems to be going the way you anticipated. This last month was exactly that for me. My first year as a School of Biblical Studies teacher was not ending the way I had anticipated. Instead of a season of great joy, it was full of anxiety and chaos. The list of things going wrong seemed endless; but in the midst of the chaos, I was determined to find peace and rest.

Worship and prayer truly allowed me to get a perspective change. Instead of letting circumstances blind me, I was able to rise above the situation and look into the eyes of my God who never changes. I put my trust in His faithfulness instead of living in the fear and chaos of my situations. I held firm to the promises that were unwavering. As I began to rely on the only One who offers true rest and peace, I forgot all about my unmet expectations and disappointments. None of it mattered in light of the Glory of God. I stood in awe of God instead of in fear of chaos. He spoke peace to my soul and made me whole. Although the chaos around me still raged, I was able to stand firm on the foundation of trust and worship in my Almighty God.

Weeks ago, I would not have imagined that I would be sitting at my dinner table in Washington, getting ready to start remote learning. But there I was, still confused, reflecting with my family on the past couple weeks. I think of the goodbyes that came too soon, those who will never see the inside of a Biola University classroom again, or compete wearing their Biola athletic uniform, or see the product of many months of planning for Missions Conference. I have found it easy to see how this disruption has caused pain and discomfort in my own life and know that each person is uniquely impacted by the uprooting of the last month. ff782bc1db
