In most cases it's best to use pool.ntp.org to find an NTP server (or 0.pool.ntp.org, 1.pool.ntp.org, etc if you need multiple server names). The system will try finding the closest available servers for you. If you distribute software or equipment that uses NTP, please see our information for vendors.

I was matching for Customs on San Paulo (So Paulo - Brazil) server because of the low ping (38ms), but I couldn't find any matches in 15 minutes of matchmaking.

I think the servers are almost empty in Brazil and to find a match in 2 minutes I need to play on high ping in Miami or Washington DC servers (currently 130ms to 150ms for me).

Blade And Soul is already tired of knowing that there are many BR players in the game and that everyone goes through a serious problem with their ms in the game that is usually always up 180 and there are still BR's that pay and buy cash in the game, Blade and Soul (NCSOFT) Create a Blade and Soul Brazilian server (make a Partnership with Level UP sei la) no matter what the Brazilian company finances and open the game server with NCSOFT if they create a Brazilian server in which people have low ping is great, or in case they do not want, they can create a reinforcement in the route of the Brazilians until the connection of Dallas of the game, thus reducing and optimizing the ping of Brazilians I hope this a day may happen, Thank you.

How many players are expected to join said BR server? How many of them are willing to spend enough money to keep that server going? How many whales are there? We need metrics. NC needs metrics. If there's no money to be made and we aren't talking like 3-4k euro net revenue. I wouldn't lift my head off the pillow for such a laughable monthly income. Upkeep, constant monitoring, on demand tech support, administrative coverage, infrastructure redundancy... not to mention you'll need a localization package and probably/possibly censorship or some sort. I dunno, seems like more work than it's worth.

Even if they open a new server, who knows what will happen to the BR server? If it is the same as Vietnam server, will you Brazilians still play in it? Also, there is no guarantee that you will have lower ping.

@|Samer| It doesn't matter if they license it out to someone else or not. Do you think that this LevelUp! company is some sort of charity? Servers are servers, no matter where on the globe you put them. They'll drain power from the wall, generate heat, break components, need database backups, constant redundancy, etc, etc... what metrics which can point out that such venture would be profitable can you present to us? You can't expect them to just publish the game and hope of the best.

I still hope that someday they put servers in SA I keep waiting since I left the game to the sixth month that came out when I realized that the game to play well is necessary to have 40 - 50 ms I want to suppose and I having 250 could not equal to any of the other players in both pve and pvp

BDO got "SA server" (Brazil) and ping its trash like ever, i'm brazilian and stop playing BDO SA because poor and trash server they bring to us. My ping in BnS NA 180~220ms, in BDO SA 140~180ms lol i dont see improvement, only when main company make servers or a big one company publishing get contract to bring servers to SA will be something.

We as players have no say in the matter. It's up to NC and they've already stated some time ago that they have no plans on opening up any new servers, not in SA or SEA. This is the correct place to voice your desire for a new server but, frankly, your voice is directed at a wall. And this wall doesn't have ears.

Our school district uses Office 365 for email in the cloud. We also employ in district a SonicWALL firewall which we use a Geo-IP filter. We generally use their recommendations on countries we should block, and Brazil is one of them. Recently, every so often, when a teacher logs into OWA, they may get a Geo-IP filter block - Brazil. Wondering if anyone knows the IP ranges that Microsoft uses on any servers in Brazil so I can exclude those IPs or ranges. I contacted support, and just got the general list of IPs and domains to whitelist, but nothing specific to Brazil.

But when I run the line of code above I only get one file which is the timestamps when I should get a lot more. However, when I run all commands for Berlin or Ireland (like in the example), I can successfully build my own server, I'm not sure why the same steps are not working for Brazil.

I tried to follow that code (but with brazil-latest.osm.pbf and brazil-latest.osrm respectively), but I'm unable to extract all files from brazil-latest.osm.pbf. I'm not sure if there is a problem with Brazil or if there is something I am doing wrong.

In the last week Blizzard closed their Chilean and Argentine servers and migrated their users to the Brazilian server, but this was a stupid and horrible decision. First, we do not speak the same language. Second, ping / high latency of Chileans / Argentines on the Brazilian server. Third, excessive xenophobia with gigantic toxicity. We ask you to do something and resolve this problem because virtually all matches are being affected and it is generating an extreme social problem in our community.

Hello everyone, I would like to take a moment to update them on Overwatch servers (SAC1 and SAA1) in Latin America. We appreciate all the comments you sent in this thread; However, due to factors beyond our control, we have decided to remove the SAC1 and SAA1 servers tomorrow, on August 16, 2019 . The pairing system, as usual, will automatically pair it with other servers and players to provide the best possible experience. Meanwhile, we will continue to look for other options to improve the game and the experience with Overwatch in the region. Stay tuned for this thread, we will comment again when we have news. 006ab0faaa
