Looking at the documentation under "Add text", the text button referenced is not there at all. However, there is a button for "add markdown text" which does add text but I cannot change the font size. Referencing markdown language documentation, (expand the source options) this is what the code looks like:

You Dense Glass is part of the super type family of 16 typefaces designed during a workshop given by Lucas Descroix and Benjamin Dumond (Bonjour Monde) at LISAA Paris in April 2022. The typeface is based on the density of Glass material and composed of three cuts that interpret this density in different ways.

The notion of You Dense font family is rooted in history and in usage; we use, without even thinking about it, formal variants (bold or italic, for example) to which are associated precise concepts (emphasis, introduction of a foreign language...). However, it is possible to imagine other relationships between the content of a text and its appearance, other ways of thinking about a typographic family, the logic behind it and the place of each of its members.

48 You Dense fonts have been entirely designed and generated by students during a one-week type design initiation workshop. They are available under the WTFPL license and as is, without any warranty. Neither Bonjour Monde nor the students shall be held responsible for any issue resulting from downloading and/or using the You Dense type family. That said, have fun with it!

Generally Unicode Glyphs can be searched using a site such as fileformat.info. This searches "only" in the names and properties of the Unicode glyphs, but they usually contain enough metadata to allow for good search results (for this answer I searched for "glass" and browsed the resulting list, for example).

Note that you can use Unicode Variant Selectors to explicitly pick how the glyphs will be rendered. Specifically VS15 (U+FE0E) for text-style and VS16 (U+FE0F) for emoji-style are relevant here. Simply append them to your chosen Unicode symbol to indicated if you'd like it to be rendered as text or as an emoji (assuming the software/browser supports the selectors and the relevant representation):

The only real diagnostic between the 1936-'37 lamps and the 1938 and later Aladdin model B font lamps are the collar crimp and the presence or absence of three dimple feet on the bottom of the lamp.

The Genie III lamp mold was first used by The American Lamp Supply by Tom Teeter. These lamps became Aladdin lamps when the group of enthusiasts, including Tom purchased the Aladdin Mantle Lamp division. Lamps made from this mold and fitted with Aladdin model 23 burners and sold without burner were offered from at least the mid 1980's.The lamps sold by the American Lamp Supply came in Alacite Beige, soft green, light pink and a medium blue.

By far the most common type of old lamp, kerosene lamps were used across America from the 1860s until the 1930s. Kerosene, an inexpensive and reliable fuel source, became widely available after the discovery of the first oil well in Pennsylvania in 1859.

Kerosene lamps were produced in a greater variety of styles than other types of fluid lamps. However, every kerosene lamp has a reservoir to hold the kerosene (called a font in a lamp) though its shape will sometimes vary. Most kerosene lamps have a font shaped like a sphere, located just under the burner.

The abundance of kerosene lamps available at antique malls and stores ensures that most very nice kerosene lamps sell for under a hundred dollars. Unusual colors, shapes, or pairs of kerosene lamps tend to be more expensive. Wiring a kerosene lamp for electricity does not negatively affect its value as long as the wiring is done by a professional and the original burners are retained.

@keithostertag, Humm? Does rolling the mouse wheel work otherwise, like for scrolling in your browser, e.g. FireFox or Chrome or the like? And if so, then does Ctrl-mouseWheelRoll work in your browser? It should to zoom, and unzoom. Works in Win 10, Linux Debian/Cinnamon & Ubuntu.

Part of the problem is using the tiling manager. The base screen becomes proportionate to the tiled area. To increase the items so they are larger you can use the Zoom in the lower right corner (or View->Zoom from the menu) to increase the form items:

Now if you are actually talking about the Font size, that is controlled differently depending upon what you are dealing with. The form background is just like a Writer doc. Whatever is typed directly on the form is controlled thru the Formatting toolbar. Text within controls is set within the control properties. Unfortunately this does not include the Table control. This seems to be buried deep within the control.

Just to be clear, Zoom and Font size are two DIFFERENT things. Zoom is like looking through a magnifying glass. Font size changes the character size itself an has no effect on the container it is within so a large font in a text box may easily exceed the actual size of the frame.

To increase or decrease the value, clickin the Baseline Shift box, and then press the Up or Down Arrow key.Hold down Shift while you press the Up or Down Arrow key to changethe value in greater increments.

Thevalues applied are percentages of the current font size and leading, and are based on settings in the Type Preferences dialog box. Thesevalues do not appear in the Baseline Shift or Size boxes of theCharacter panel when you select the text.

To change the underline or strikethroughoptions in a paragraph or character style, use the Underline Optionsor Strikethrough Options section of the dialog box that appearswhen you create or edit the style.

With OpenType fonts, when you choose Ligatures from the Character panel menu, Control panel menu, or in-context menu, InDesign produces any standard ligature defined in the font, as determined by the font designer. However, some fonts include more ornate, optional ligatures, which can be produced when you choose the Discretionary Ligatures command.

Youcan apply colors, gradients, and strokes to characters and continueto edit the text. Use the Swatches panel and Stroke panel to applycolors, gradients, and strokes to text, or change Character Colorsettings when creating or editing a style.

To apply color changes to all text in a frame, usethe Selection tool toselect the frame. When applying color to the text rather than thecontainer, make sure that you select the Formatting Affects Texticon inthe Tools panel or in the Swatches panel.

InDesign uses Proximity (and WinSoft for some languages)dictionaries for both spelling and hyphenation. These dictionarieslet you specify a different language for as little as a single characterof text. Each dictionary contains hundreds of thousands of wordswith standard syllable breaks. Changing the default language doesnot affect existing text frames or documents.

InDesigncan automatically change the case of selected text. Whenyou format text as small caps, InDesign automatically uses the small-cap charactersdesigned as part of the font, if available. Otherwise, InDesign synthesizes thesmall caps using scaled-down versions of the regular capital letters. The size of synthesized small caps is set in the Type Preferencesdialog box.

The Sentence Case command assumes that the period (.),exclamation point (!), and question mark (?) charactersmark the ends of sentences. Applying Sentence Case may cause unexpectedcase changes when these characters are used in other ways, as inabbreviations, file names, or Internet URLs. In addition, proper namesmay become lowercase when they should be uppercase.

Youcan specify the proportion between the height and width of the type, relativeto the original width and height of the characters. Unscaled characters havea value of 100%. Some type families include a true expandedfont, which is designed with a larger horizontal spread thanthe plain type style. Scaling distorts the type, soit is generally preferable to use a font that is designed as condensed orexpanded, if one is available.

When you change the scale of a frame, thetext inside the frame is also scaled. For example, when you doublethe size of a text frame, the text also doubles in size; 20-pointtext increases to 40 points.

The scaling values in the Transform panel tell you the horizontaland vertical percentage by which the frame was scaled. By default, with Apply To Content selected, scaling values display at 100% aftera text is scaled. If you select the Adjust Scaling Percentage option, the scaling values reflect the scaled frame, so doubling the scaleof a frame displays as 200%.

The Adjust Scaling Percentage preference stays with the text. The scaled point size continues to appear in parentheses even ifyou turn off the Adjust Scaling Percentage preference and scalethe frame again.

If you edit the text or scale a frame within threaded frameswhen the Adjust Scaling Percentage preference is selected, the textis scaled, even if it moves to a different frame. However, if ApplyTo Content is selected, any text that flows to a different frameas a result of editing is no longer scaled.

This paper reports on development of optical current transducers for electric power facilities using the flint glass fiber as the Faraday effect sensing element. Properties of the fiber are explained firstly. Then, design and test data of the developed devices are described. Finally, results of a study on a scheme of reciprocated light transmission in the fiber is described. 152ee80cbc
