I created a Forms Quiz to accompany some training I ran and need to send the Quiz to the training attendees - I need to collect their names to be able to confirm who completed the quiz and what their score is? Can I only do this within my organisation? Currently I have a clunky fix with Q1 being free text and which asks the user to enter their name (0 points).

Hi @tami_shilling I haven't used MS Forms for building quizzes but looked to see if there was a way for exporting from Forms to a QTI but didn't find one. Essentially, the quiz needs to be in the QTI format to import into Canvas, or be exported in some course export package like from another LMS. There has been a number of questions about moving questions from MS, normally Word to Canvas (see upload question bank and Creating an Exam/Quiz). The only viable solution I have head is to go from Word to a QTI (or perhaps Canvas directly) with Respondus 4.0. My guess is that there isn't a way to go from Forms to Canvas without passing through Respondus 4.0 first.

I had the same problem and found this tool called GETMARKED. It can import my MS form quiz directly from my MS form sharing link. And i can later export it as a QTI file to upload into Canvas to create a question bank. Only minor issue is that the answers are not imported. Also, it requires an institutional license to use (but there's free trial!).

When I create a flow in Power Automate, everything works well in terms of the flow matching the user's answer to a pre-defined answer for one condition. My issue is the quiz has 10 questions and I can't repeat the same process more than twice before the flow starts failing. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

After creating several Quiz forms and linking them to a spreadsheet I've discovered that the "Score" field comes across looking like a fraction "8/10", "10,10" and so on. My goal is a percentage display instead of the fraction.
