Carriers that choose not to purchase an annual transponder or decal or to pay the user fee online will continue to have the option to pay the user fee upon arriving at the port. By submitting your PII in applying for a DTOPS account, you are giving CBP permission to use the information for a specific, stated purpose, i.e., to obtain the benefits of creating a DTOPS user account.

yeah i totally agree with this I was really disappointed to find out how shallow private multiplayer lobbies are. In GT I have a group of friends that we do regular races with. We setup full race weekends with practice, qualy and a race that usually lasts for about 2 hours.

Such a huge missed opportunity here I hope it can be added and improved as it really lags behind the competition.

I guess they don't want people to farm or they are trying to funnel people into matchmaking but I mostly play with a friend group online and it feels so lame to not get anything. Even if it was at a reduced rate or just a smidge, it would be very nice to see a little something tick up when playing with friends so we could have fun unlocking stuff together after matches and feel like we are progressing the game's systems.
