Hello. I have a question. I tried to install latest PCIe GBE family controller drivers. On the site it says Upd: 02.24.2017, so the latest drivers should be from 2017 but when i install them- in my device manager it says that my PCIe GBE Family controller drivers are from 2016-12-23. Are the latest drivers from 2016 or i installed something wrongly?

have Reatek PCI GBE family controller but says its good up to Kali v. 4.7 ? Will it work with the recent kernel or i need something else? Also have Qualcome Atheros AR5B222 but cant find drivers for that also. This drivers search been a nightmare. Purchased TL NW7227 v1.10 adapter, having trouble installing that also. I am just about ready to expose and if someone is nice enough to offer to Team-view me and help get this fixed. Anyone

AVG are telling me that the driver for my Realtek PCIe GBE family controller is out of date. This may be a way of AVG wanting me to subscribe to even more things, or it may be an improvement, if I can get it done.

I have tried to download the driver, the first on the list, but I am not a permitted client apparently.

Do I need to do something or shall I just forget the whole business?

 Thanks for your time.

hello i have a question is it possible to change the name of the driver because im sure that i use to have realtek pcie gbe family controller but now i have realtek gbe gaming family controller. i did a system restore thats when the name of the controller change im i crazy crazy or it possible 2 change it

I believe this is the LAN driver and it does now have a Windows 11 version. You need to check if your laptop uses one of the hardware listed:  -interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit...

I have tried downloading this new driver to my computer and it will not install onto my comuter for whatever reason. Is anyone having the same issue? My current driver is Realtek pcie Fe Family Controller.

I tried to enable fTPM and secure boot for a game to run but after enabling secure boot, my lan driver and controller stop working and couldn't pick up and internet. after changing the BIOS setting back to CSM, it worked again. I went back to bios multiple time to test and the result is with CSM enable my driver will work, but I really need secure boot for my game to function or I have to clean install Win 10 back which is less than ideal. I updated all my LAN drivers to the newest but still wouldn't work with secure boot.

If you downloaded the Realtek Family Controller from the Realtek website and you are still having this issue, there likely might be some updates pending that are crucial to your family controller running the way that it should.

Information: My laptop is an ASUS ROG Strix G15 G513IC-HN004W, with the ethernet adapter it is the Realtek PCIe GbE Family controller, it has the drivers 1168.8.515.2022, it gives me an error when trying to see the flow that went through the fast ethernet port. I have tried to run it as administrator, update the drivers and it still doesn't work for me. It only works for me if I connect it through an external usbc to ethernet adapter, how could I solve it without having to use the external adapter?

Have you tried using PNPUtil for that purpose -us/windows-hardware/drivers/devtest/pnputil-command-syntax Opens a new window? It is a command-line tool so that it can be easily automated. You will have to extract the Realtek driver first and point the PNPUtil to the INF file of the driver.

The only work around I have tried is to disable the network controller (required domain admin) then re-enable it. I have also tried to disable Green Ethernet and disable Energy Efficient Ethernet. It also has the latest driver version 10.10.714.2016 dated 7/14/2016

I desperately need help on this I have many dell optiplex 3010 and after upgrade to windows 10. the internet stop working there is a yellow triangle appear and when I trouble shoot. it state driver might has problem. However when I check in the device manager nothing indicate that there is something wrong with the driver. I have try with the newest driver from realtek but no help

Iam having this annoying issue with Lenovo desktops too , same driver . Whenever internet is down and back again some randomly one windows 10 desktop will keep that yellow triangle , able to browse internet , but outlook keeps disconnected .The only solution is to disable and renable the lan network .

This kind of problem is mainly caused due to the driver's conflict or if your LAN integrated card on the motherboard is dead and you will notice the Realtek PCIe GBE family controller not showing in the device manager when this issue arises.

The Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller not working issue on Windows 10 can be caused by system file corruption, driver conflicts, software issues, or damaged integrated LAN card. The problem can be fixed by manually updating the LAN controller drivers, performing a system restore point, manually downloading and installing the driver, uninstalling the problematic driver, checking out the network controller settings, replacing with a new PCIe network adapter, or changing the configuration.

It is recommended to start with updating the LAN controller drivers and then move on to other solutions if required. The issue can be resolved by following the mentioned steps, and the network adapter can be restored to its full speed!!

Booting from these controllers is not supported due to SRMlimitations. DAC960 controllers sold by Digital/Compaq for Alphasystems as part of the StorageWorks family, e.g. KZPSC or KZPAC arebootable from SRM. Note that these cards used 2.x firmware. SRMbootability of newer firmware is unknown.

With all supported SCSI controllers, full support is providedfor SCSI-I, SCSI-II, and SCSI-III peripherals, including harddisks, optical disks, tape drives (including DAT, 8mm Exabyte,Mammoth, and DLT), medium changers, processor target devices andCD-ROM drives. WORM devices that support CD-ROM commands aresupported for read-only access by the CD-ROM drivers (such ascd(4)). WORM/CD-R/CD-RW writingsupport is provided by cdrecord(1), which is a part ofthe sysutils/cdrtools port in the PortsCollection. 2351a5e196
