In this game, you can find, train, and take care of more than 100 different dragons. Each of these species has its own appearance, evolutionary stages, and other special characteristics. Even better, new dragons are added with each game update. Of course, the first order of business is building a city that's magical enough to attract them.

The main objective of Dragon City Mobile (GameLoop) is to train your dragons to fight against other players' dragons online. Combine 10 different species of dragons to beat the rest of the players in the Dragon City universe. No matter what, there are hundreds of different challenges and missions that you can complete as you play.

Dragon City tasks players to raise their dragons and design a city full of dragons on floating islands. Gold produced by dragons can be used to buy and upgrade buildings and habitats. Farms can be used to grow food, which can be used to level up dragons, improving their strength depending on the dragon's rarity, and increase gold production. You can also breed two dragons that are at least Level 4 to produce a new and hybrid dragon. In addition to raising the dragons, players can use them to battle other players' dragons through League Battles. These battles can award you multiple important resources like Gems and Food which can make your progression in the game faster.

Aside from raising dragons and taking them to battle, players can participate in limited-time events that allow them to obtain new and exclusive dragons. There is a multitude of events that have different requirements to get them.

Once a player has reached Level 27, the Ancient World can be accessed, which is an area of the game where Gold can be exchanged for Crystals (ruby, sapphire, topaz, emerald, onyx, and diamond) which can be collected from mines that can be used to summon and evolve Ancient Dragons. The crafting station is used to craft better tiers of crystals using lower-tier crystals and platinum. Platinum is generated by the ancient dragons similar to how the regular dragons generate gold.[1]

In the game, there are up to 14 element types, and dragons come with up to 4 elements that they can learn moves from. The elements are Terra, Flame, Sea, Nature, Electric, Ice, Metal, Dark, Light, War, Pure, Legend, Primal, and Wind. As of the Ancient World Update, 6 additional elements have been added, which are: Beauty, Magic, Chaos, Happy, Dream, and Soul. As of the 10th Birthday Update, a new dragon element was added, which is Time.[2]

Previously, there were 5 rarities of dragons, which are Common, Rare, Very Rare, Epic, and Legendary. On 15 April 2016, a new rarity of dragons was released. The new rarity was Heroic and was introduced alongside the first Heroic dragon, the High Fenrir Dragon.

It's pretty fun, but you have some issues. For example it will not load at 69% while loading. It is still a great game. It's easy to find gold and there are many good dragons you can collect. The loading screen needs to be fixed and some ads removed so that we have an enjoyable experience. Although I love the idea of hatching dragons, I think it's a great game. I just need to make some minor changes and I will change. That's all!

The new prizes for watching ads is great, but I miss the old game that was so easy and fun. The game is now very frustrating. It freezes or shuts down completely. You can watch an advertisement but you don't win the prize. Before all of the changes, I gave this five stars. It would be nice to have someone care about customer service. You used to be capable of tapping on the dragon during a battle to see its information and name.

It would make a great 5 star game, except that the league battles can be very difficult to win. However, they will let you take first place. They are very frustrating and impossible to beat. 2) Arena battles can be overwhelming with too many high-level opponents or heroic rarity dragons. You still have to face other dragons, even if the hero wins. 2) It'd be much more enjoyable to have unlimited arena battles. The same advertisement keeps popping up, and it's too annoying to ignore.

After getting more internet, I made the decision to return to this game. Since then, it's been 3 years. I am now more patient (and have better grammar lol). Although it's an enjoyable game, there are so many tasks to complete. It could take you up to 12 hours to complete a quest battle. You will also have to pay for some requirements. If you want to breed a dragon, it has very low chances of success. Or if it is not available in your area of expertise. Instead of basing players on their league level, consider basing them on the dragons' levels.

The concept is great and the diversity of it all. The animations and dragons are great fun. Events and mini-games are entertaining and fun. However. This is an important one. There are too many timers. I find too many timers distracting from my real life. My life is ticking, and I can see the timer. It makes it impossible to relax with a game.

The game has been enjoyable so far. Sometimes, however, the game can feel rigged against players who grind for events such as this maze coin. After putting in my game time, I opened five chests that were supposed to contain dragons. All I received was food. The game is frustrating, and it seems that the probability probabilities may be a little off.

Gems are the premium currency that can be collected via in-app purchases; and by other tasks for collecting Gems.

Arenas, Leagues, and Quests are different kinds of battles where one of three player's dragons fight one of three opponent's dragons. When in the battle, dragons can have an ability for strong damage (but can also have weak or no damage, as well as normal damage), depending on the dragon elements. Leagues allow you to use any combination of dragons, including only one or two, assuming they have reached at least level 4. Also, Arenas and Quests may have extra requirements, such as elements or rarity.
