I am running asterisk on Ubuntu 18. I have successfully added SIP users and extensions for them. I have also created their accounts in Bria solo softphone. However, the verification always fails. What can be the issue.

Ive been trying to get bria to work for the past 3 day and im stuck on the sip providers. Yes ive tried voip.ms but I need funds and they seem to only charge in usd and I only have cad. At the moment im trying onsip but im not having much luck with them either. Thanks in advance
