UPDATE: I researched further and found out this issue is caused by the "Use hardware acceleration when available" on chrome://settings. Unchecking it stopped the boxes from appearing, so this issue is solved.

I appreciate you taking the time to look at this post. As the title states when I am watching Youtube videos (The only place I have noticed it so far) I get screen tearing and black boxes appearing. I have done many searches and have not found a solution on the web. I have tried everything from updating my GPU driver, to editing Chrome settings. Still no luck. Any help is really appreciated!

Download Box Not Appearing In Chrome

My account was breached (someone got my password) last week. I immediately changed my password several times, but have noticed the app Evernote web clipper for Chrome keeps reappearing in the authorized apps in my account security section. I have never approved this app so I assume this is being done by the hacker somehow. I keep revoking the app and changing my password, but it keeps showing up again, sometimes there are 5 or 6 of them running at a time. Because I'm not the one who approved the app in the first place, I can't change the setting from within my Chrome browser. (I don't even use Chrome). This is very disturbing. I don't know what they are able to do with this app. Are they using it to access my notes even though my password has been changed? Or are they using it to track my web browsing? (I use Firefox though.)

Pop ups for maps and apps in enterprise portal are working in IE but NOT in Chrome. A few weeks ago I noticed Chrome not opening ftp sites so I edited chrome://flags to enable flags. How do I get pop ups to work again in Chrome? do I need to enable something in Chrome?

Use a robots.txt file to manage crawl traffic, and also to prevent image, video, and audio files from appearing in Google search results. This won't prevent other pages or users from linking to your image, video, or audio file.

If the extension shows as enabled in the Extensions pane but you don't see the button anywhere in the toolbars, try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. If it's still not appearing, your Chrome settings may be corrupted, and you can try resetting Chrome.

I've tried to enable all cookies, block third party in incognito (my default) and to enable under sites, checking "enable third party cookies". I've tried many combinations like [*.]teams.microsoft.com, teams.microsoft.com, .teams.microsoft.com, and so on, and still not loads.

Even without site permission, cookies from teams.microsoft.com and .microsoft.com are loading/saved in Chrome, just from .teams domain that are not appearing in the list (DevTools > Aplication tab)

Thank you for your replies but unfortunately the problem remains. The Refresh did not help. I refreshed twice. After the first refresh I set Google as a home page and open a new window. The insertion point for typing text was in the address bar and not in the Google web page search bar. I clicked in the Google page search bar and it showed search suggestions when I typed and I thought this part is fixed. But now when opening a new page I have the problem with the text insertion point being in the address bar instead in the Google page search bar. I couldn't find any settings in the Options for changing the default place for the text insertion point. In an attempt to fix that I checked 'Add search bar in toolbar' in the search options. Then new pages opened with the text insertion point in the Google page toolbar but again the search suggestion stop appearing when I type and I couldn't bring it back. Then I made a second refresh which didn't fix the problem at all but looks like brought the state of Firefox before the first refresh because after the first refresh my custom settings and extensions were gone but after the second refresh they were back as If noting happened.

I just checked in chrome and I have the full tool compliment. If you are still seeing the issue, then send a request into Canvas support. Something probably happened during a Canvas update to the platform. Of course they may have just fixed the issue as well.

I went to update my Chrome browser next and for some reason, I was getting an error even trying to update chrome. Online they suggested restarting by computer to allow chrome to be able to update. I restarted my computer and still had the grading issue, but I was at least able to update chrome. After the chrome update, I was still having the issue. ff782bc1db
