What I'm starting to think now is that the Sprocket thing isn't correct and they really just provide 2 separate installs (one for Arma2 and another separate one for Operation Arrowhead). Not that they tell you that for sure.

Go into editor and in the map selection if you have the Takistan (OA map) and chernerus (Arma 2 map) then you have Combined Operations, which includes vanilla arma 2 game and OA game as a single game. Patch version 1.05 was the vanilla version of OA (well first patch on release, i believe), so you need to download the OA patch 1.57 which updates arma 2 which updates your Combined operations version to the lastest patch. link here

Thanks Teaboy, this seems to be somewhat of the answer I was looking for. I see no Takistan map. I'm guessing that the download by Sprocket is maybe mislabeled and this is really only Arma2 and not Combined Operations.

In that case you need to download and install both to the same file directory, then you will have arma 2 and OA. but also along with arma 2 and OA start up shortcuts you should also have one for Combined OPs too. But only if your install both to the same file directory.

Note, there is no real CO install. I have Arma2 and OA installed to the same directory. It did add an icon called Combined Operations (that I didn't even notice till now) but that really just points to the OA executable (arma2oa.exe). When you run that you get content for both OA and Arma2 (so consider that CO).

Not really any particular server, though you will find me on CTI servers (benny's warfare etc) more than any others. I use the same ingame profile name as my username here on the forums, so you cannot miss me if am on the same server. 152ee80cbc
