Totaly agree with 99.9999% percent of all smart tv users,

Samsung,Sony and so on should be ashamed of their stupidity of not at least having a decent media player that can can easily provide simple use of a built in app that caters for photo, video and music replay for home users.

I have two Samsung Smart (Dumb) tvs and a Sony all top of the range, i feel like throwing them all in the bin.

I have spent hours with Samsung and Sony help service regarding WD My Cloud to no results, i have three top of the range 85 inch smart tv all three are the dumbest tvs i have ever owned, my old smart tvs were much more user friendly and gave me more freedom to do what i wanted on them.

It is not asking too much in 2020 to have wireless access to ALL external devices , it is not asking to much to have USB ports easily accessable on the tvs so you dont have to have extender cables or remove the tv off the wall every time you need to plug in a drive.

Slide show capability software should be on all smart tvs, no excuses.

Sony you can manually access photos one at a time but you cant play music at the same time, absolute rubbish, Samsung is even worse you dont even get a simple app.

My next investment in tv will be the first brand that has worked all theses simple reguirements and presented them to me on a plate, i will no longer be looking at so called well known trusted brand names as they are not to be trusted any more. Its not like they cant make it happen its that they wont so you allways have to upgrage and spend more.

The Bluetooth keyboard (and this serverless Bluetooth keyboard app) works with most of the apps I have installed like Netflix, Disney, Apple TV, Google Play Movies, YouTube Video, and the Samsung Web Browser (with mouse input too), but surprisingly not the Amazon Prime Video app.

My wife uses her Ifit subscription on our Nordictrack commercial 2450 treadmill. She would like to do the other workouts from a TV but the app can not download to a new Samsung smart TV (Tizen OS) or to a google 4K chromecast (Android 12 OS) and workouts can not even be accessed from a simple web browser! Ifit was advertised as being compatible with google TV and Android 5.1 and up but no longer seems supported except on ancient devices. Can someone please help with this? If we even try to log in from a browser we only get her account details but no workouts. Peloton can install on all chromecast 4K and web systems. Frustrating for such an expensive membership!!!! Company seems to be tanking, do not buy!!!

I was able to get the "Mobile Link" and "Remote Viewfinder" camera apps to work. In addition the "AllShare Play" app works and connects to my Chromecast tv. However the "Email" app and "SMS and Cloud" app do not appear to work.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm happy to inform you, that I've just connected my NX Mini and Samsung NX1100 to my Samsung A11 phone (with Android 11 on board and Samsung Smart Camera app (v. 1.4.0_180703))!!! I did everything exactly in sequence as BW53 told - and that worked! Tried to connect them earlier many times - but unsuccessfully. It's all about the sequense. First you should establish WiFi connection between your camera and phone, then run the application. Samsung Smart Camera application I've downloaded from here: -smart-camera-app-android

Turned my NFC on, turn Location ON switched WIFI dial,chosed Mobile link > Select files from smartphone,put phone close to NFC mark on camera, check in smart camera app option Paired Camera and see if your camera has been added,then Connect to camera and enjoy e24fc04721
