Carnival admission is included with the purchase of an NRG Park Admission ticket or a Rodeo/Concert Ticket. NRG Park Admission ticket sales end at 9:00 p.m. each day. In addition to the carnival, NRG Park Admission tickets allow visitors access to NRG Arena and NRG Center. A Rodeo/Concert ticket allows access to the same areas as a Grounds Pass, plus NRG Stadium for the rodeo and concert performance.
Carnival Midway returns to Tulip Time to create fun, joy, and thrills for the whole family. With carnival rides and games, this annual favorite is an excellent source of entertainment for kids and adults.

The carnival is open during light rain - it will close in the case of high winds or lightning. Hours and closures are at the discretion of Skerbeck Entertainment. Any closures or changes to scheduled hours will be announced on the Tulip Time website, on social media and it will be posted at the Civic Center location.
The lively event is expected to draw between 500-1,000 people each day and will feature carnival games and rides, including a Ferris wheel,100-foot super slide, fun house, spinning teacups and more. Guests can indulge in classic fair treats including hand-dipped corn dogs, Hawaiian shave ice, funnel cakes, popcorn, cotton candy, caramel apples and French fries.
Since the beginning of the year, groups of people dancing samba on the streets of Rio on weekends and during carnival have been a common sight. Often, the people who organize the block's parade compose the music for the parade itself.
Note: Carnival admission is NOT included with your admission to Magical Winter Lights. You will need to purchase admission to MWL as well as carnival rides wristbands or individual ride tickets online or onsite at the carnival box office.
At Davis Shows NW, we take great pride in providing safe family oriented rides, games, and quality food concessions throughout the season. As a traveling amusement company, we are able to offer our family friendly carnival experience at fair grounds, shopping centers, and other prime locations in the Pacific Northwest, Nevada and Idaho.
Kids and families can choose from a variety of activities such as carnival games, costume contests, treats, and giveaways. There is no cost to attend. Food and drink will be available for purchase brought to you by the Kiwanis Club of La Palma.
Need some volunteer hours or just looking to help? Halloween Carnival volunteers will assist in decorating, set up and tear down, running carnival games, handing out candy, popcorn, and cider. Shifts available between 10am - 6pm. Volunteers who assist from 12pm-6pm will have lunch provided! Sign up here or email events@fallschurchva.gov.
GoldStar Amusements will be returning once again to this year's celebration. A family operated business, GoldStar Amusements has a rich history in the carnival industry and has been providing carnival rides and games to our celebration for over 20 years.
On the day of the event, all pre-registered participants must go to the registration table at the new carnival location at 303 W. 2nd Street (near Canal Road and 2nd Street) to check-in and receive a ride bracelet. Also, please be aware that no food vendors will be open during this time. However, most area restaurants will be open. Ā Bring water!
There will be a lot to do for all ages. We can't wait to see what you come up with for our Mad Scientist theme! There will be carnival rides, Pumpkin Town games, a costume contest, and other attractions (including a rock wall and Giant Pin Press). Don't forget to get your picture done with our professional photographer!
