Is there a hidden function in Ignition SCADA that acknowledges all alarms, or does it need to be done with the system.alarm.acknowledge function? If so, what would be the correct script to use? Thanks.

We had a server on 8.1.7 and two remote tag servers that got upgraded to 8.1.23. Everything seemed fine, but the system.alarm.queryStatus was reporting no alarms for the remote servers after the upgrade. Changing the alarm mode on each to Subscribed fixed the issue, thanks!

With this setup we are still showing All active alarms.

Alarms in our project is setup to auto acknowledge.

We are using the Alarm History to see all cases of alarms, so we will only ever show 1 alarm of its type in the active alarms page.

I am using a Fitbit Sense 2 and I am unable to delete alarms. When I went to the alarms page on the watch in the beginning, there was the option to add an alarm but no option to delete it. When I clicked on the alarm, it would give me the option to switch the alarm "on" or "off". Switching off the alarm did not delete it. Now, when I go to the alarms page on my watch, it says "Alarms List Full - Remove old alarms before creating a new one."

I looked here on the forums and found that old alarms can be deleted on the app through the "Silent Alarms" sections - I cannot find it (I have included an image of what I can see on the website). Using the app on my phone has a similar display.

In this lesson, we take a moment away from Perspective features to talk about alarms. After setting up some alarms, we will configure an Alarm Status Table component to show alarms from just our Stations, ignoring any other alarms that may be active.

Get Alarmed Kansas allows trained volunteers to install free smoke alarms in homes. The program provides smoke alarms to Kansas fire departments. The department will then schedule a time to come and install the device(s).

Fire can grow and spread through a home in a matter of minutes. The advance warning provided by working smoke alarms save lives. Yet, in 82 percent of home fires in Kansas, a working smoke alarm was not present.

Kansas homeowners interested in receiving a free smoke alarm for their home should first contact their local fire department. Many fire departments already have free smoke alarms available as they already participate in our program.

Kansas Statute 31-162, The Smoke Detector Act, states, "The owner of a structure shall supply and install all required smoke detectors." If you are a renter in Kansas and need smoke alarms, contact your landlord, who is required by Kansas statute to provide "at least one smoke detector on every story of the dwelling unit."

The renter is responsible for "testing and maintaining the smoke detectors after taking possession of the dwelling unit." The Get Alarmed Kansas program will not supply the owners of rentals with our alarms, They will need to get them from another source. We will, however, supply strobe alarms and/or bedside shakers to renters who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.

Vermont law has required smoke detectors (alarms) to be installed in single-family dwellings since 1994. Smoke alarms have been required to be installed in multi-family and rental dwellings for more than 30 years.

One common factor in most fatal fires is the lack of properly installed, and working smoke alarms. More than one smoke alarm is needed in most dwelling units to make sure that people can hear the alarm and have time to escape. Smoke alarms need to be properly installed, maintained and replaced when needed.

The type of smoke alarm is also important, requirements for the use of photoelectric only smoke alarms were established in 2008 by the legislature. Photoelectric-only type smoke alarms are required to be installed in the vicinity of any bedrooms and on each level of a dwelling. New dwellings must have alarms directly wired to the building electrical service and have a battery backup. Dwellings that are sold or transferred after January 1, 2009 are required to photoelectric and carbon monoxide alarms installed and working.

The law allows the use of photoelectric and carbon monoxide combination alarms but it does not allow ionization/photoelectric combination alarms to be used for these specific locations. Many existing Vermont homes currently have old outdated ionization smoke alarms installed. These old alarms need to be replaced. The division recommends to homeowners that when you are replacing alarms that you update to a photoelectric smoke alarm now and not wait until the time when home is being sold.

No home should be without smoke alarms, and ionization alarms should continue to be used until a home can be equipped with new photoelectric alarms.

Since the incidence of false alarms is high, and our response comes from a widespread area, it is important that each alarm is responded to based on information we have on the alarm and on the false alarm record of the alarm site.

False alarms are considered by police officers to be one of the most serious problems in law enforcement. Notification will be made to the property owner for any false alarms and fees will be assessed as specified under 20 VSA  1871 9(f)(3):

Choose from two-button simplicity, high and low alarms, continuous min/max display, single or dual channel, trim cal features, and thermocouple or Pro Series probes.

Participants: 188 children aged 5-12 years old were recruited for the study. Adolescents over the age of 12 were not included because they generally respond well to high-frequency smoke alarms. Children under age 5 were not part of the study because they are too young to reliably rescue themselves from a home fire. e24fc04721
