#Adulting is an American comedy-drama web series created by and starring Ben Baur and Thandi Tolmay. It follows two friends, Max and Faye, who are nearing 30 and have yet to put their lives in order.

What does it mean to become an adult? What does life look like outside of college? Starting out on your own can be scary and is not always easy, but you are not alone! Through our Adulting 101 Workshop series, we go over how to navigate important milestones each of us experiences as we become older such as understanding health insurance, credit scores and credit cards, job benefits, and more.

The U.S. Figure Skating Adult Competition Series is open to adult skaters in the adult 1 through adult bronze levels. The mission of this program is to provide a meaningful series of events to encourage grassroots adult skaters to enjoy a fun and competitive environment within the adult skating community.

Every workshop is packed with tools and information that will make your adult life more enjoyable and efficient. Join us at the House Undergraduate Library to learn more about financial literacy, health literacy, media literacy, global citizenship, and other important adulting topics.

Methods: The authors reviewed English-language reports of pediatric, adult, and combined (adult and pediatric) surgical series of patients with CM-I published from 1965 through August 31, 2013, to investigate the following: 1) geographical distribution of reports; 2) demographics of patients; 3) follow-up lengths; 4) study durations; 5) spectrum and frequency of surgical techniques; 6) outcomes for neurological status, syrinx, and headache; 7) frequency and scope of complications; 8) mortality rates; and 9) differences between pediatric and adult populations. Research and inclusion criteria were defined, and all series that contained at least 4 cases and all publications with sufficient data for analysis were included.

JoDe Romano "La Chispa" was a guest teaching artist & graduate of the High School for the Performing Arts in Houston, Texas where she was featured in the Houston Grand Opera's Carmen. She also performed in the Franco Zeffirelli original production of Carmen, starring Placido Domingo and Maria Benitez at the Metropolitan Opera, attended by president Clinton, which was broadcast for PBS's Live From Lincoln Center and toured Japan with the Three Tenors. For over 20 years, Ms. Romano lived, studied, and performed Spanish dance in Spain and Japan, was soloist and choreographer for the Jos Greco Dance Company at The Joyce Theater, the Town Hall New York City, and toured the US and Spain. She was also a dancer in The Charo Show in Las Vegas with Jerry Lewis, Joel Grey and others, and taught a castanet workout on the Dr. Oz Show. JoDe Romano choreographed the Broadway Workshop production of Rita Hayworth-Hollywood Goddess, numerous Zarzuelas, and the mixed media dramatic presentation, Picasso's Guernica, at The Thalia Theater in New York. Ms. Romano has taught at Alvin Ailey and NYC public schools. Currently, Ms. Romano conducts Spanish dance and castanet classes at the 92Y Harkness Dance Center and is a graduate of the 92Y Dance Education Laboratory (DEL) program. She has been a guest teacher at Hunter College and co-developed and taught a DEL workshop at the 92Y. Ms. Romano also taught a master class and workshop at NYU for NYSDEA and at Fall for Dance at NY City Center. She teaches at Steps on Broadway, Ballet Hispnico, the Joffrey Ballet trainees, and Joffrey summer intensive NYC, along with other locations throughout the NY metropolitan area. Ms. Romano holds a teaching license from the Bureau of Provisionary School Supervision (BPSS) under the NY Department of Education. She has completed a series of instructional DVDs on castanet and flamenco movement techniques and produced and played castanets on her "Spanish Classical Piano and Castanets" CD. Ms. Romano is grateful to have choreographed and designed the costumes for La Jota Dolores on her NYC Ballet Hispnico pre-professional students' performance for the Tina Ramirez memorial at the 92Y/92NY.

We hope you will enjoy this series, that it can be a spark that stimulates research in hematologic malignancies in this patient population, and that it can ultimately be of service to the care of these patients and lead to improved outcomes in all aspects of their care.

Every Saturday in August 2020 the University of Arizona Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities hosted 90-minute sessions focused on the transition to adulthood. The content of webinar series is intended for youth and young adults (ages 14 and above) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Family members, professionals and other individuals who provide support for youth and young adults were welcome to attend but were highly encouraged to participate in a supporting role for a youth/young adult participant.

The Adulting workshop sessions addressed important topics and concerns that individuals face as they transition into adult roles and look toward their futures. In this final session, several youth and young adults in different phases of their lives will share their personal experiences about what adulting means to them. They will talk about the challenges they faced, lessons they learned, and what helped them to be successful. Participants will learn tips and strategies they can apply in their life. Participants will have time to ask questions and talk about the next steps as they transition to adulthood.

These photos were taken six days ago at Bear River MBR. The adult male Rough-legged Hawk had taken off away from me but soon after takeoff he unexpectedly curled around and flew closer to my pickup as he flew to another perch in front of me. I posted this first shot in the series five days ago as a stand-alone but the other nine are new to Feathered Photography.

The last photo in the series. After this shot he was mostly past me and besides, I started clipping and cutting off body parts. I was lucky to get this many photos of him where he was sharp, with no body parts cut off and with enough room in the frame for a composition that works for me.

Outstanding series. All sharp and all beautiful. I tried to pick out which one I liked best and gave up because they are all so good. If I had to chose one I guess I would go with the very last.

Really sorry to hear about the loss of your friend Jerry. I have a high school friend who lost her adult son to ALS and I know two men here in Prescott who lost their wives to it. A cruel disease for sure.

S.A.L.T. is a free monthly series that offers guidance, resources and information to students ages 14-22 with developmental disabilities and their families.
