Through this form, guests who are no longer able to attend a sold-out event have the opportunity to resell their tickets, while those who are interested in attending have the opportunity to do so. All tickets are safely & securely processed by euphoria, so guests know they are receiving valid festival tickets issued in their name.

Please note: if you have tickets to a dinner, lunch or classroom, the ability to resell your ticket will end 10 days out from the festival. For all signature events, you have until 24 hours before the event to try and sell your tickets.

You will need to email [email protected] if you wish to no longer be on the waitlist for a particular event after completing this form. Otherwise, your card will be charged once tickets are available to you.

An event must be sold out in order to submit your tickets for resell. You should reference the schedule page of our website to ensure that the event is sold out before proceeding through this form. Please note: events within VIP passes, discounted ticket packages, or hotel + ticket packages are not eligible for resale. VIP Passes as a whole are eligible for resale. Discounted ticket packages and hotel + ticket packages are not eligible for resale.

If we are able to resell your tickets, you will be refunded the price of the ticket minus third-party credit card processing & ticket fees. Your original tickets will be canceled and will not scan at the event. Any returned tickets that attempt to scan in on site may result in forfeiture of your refund.

If you submit this form to resell your general admission tickets, unless euphoria is notified otherwise, your tickets will be refunded back to the original form of payment (minus credit card processing & ticket fees) and canceled once matched with someone looking to buy tickets. euphoria will reach out to you via email if your tickets sell as we will never share your personal information.

The fixtures for which you can list your Season Ticket seat for resale will appear here. You will need to select the match you'd like to list your ticket for. Tickets on the resale service are sold in packs of one or more tickets. When you buy a lot of several tickets, you buy all the tickets that make up the lot. In the case of a 3-seat lot, you must therefore buy all 3 seats at the same time.

Good to know: tickets are only resold in the form of session tickets. There are no "Day + Night" or Multi-Day Pass tickets for resale. Resale tickets are sold at the original price plus a 20% fee for the new buyer.

Note for the seller: the new buyer must purchase the entire lot. If you want to resell a large number of tickets, we advise you to create several lots of tickets, which will be easier to resell. For example, if you wish to resell 6 tickets, it may be preferable to create 3 lots of 2 tickets or one lot of 4 tickets and one lot of 2 tickets. If a new buyer purchases your batch of tickets, you will be refunded 90% of the face value of your tickets.

Important : putting your tickets up for resale does not guarantee that they will be resold. If your tickets are not resold, you will not be refunded. However, if you wish, you may use your tickets to attend the tournament.

Refunds are made at the end of the tournament before the end of December. This will be done either automatically on the bank card used to purchase the tickets, or by transfer to the bank account you gave when you put your tickets on sale (via our bank details collection form).

Fans can manage tickets digitally, transfer or sell tickets when needed (if applicable), and remain assured that all tickets are authentic and secure. The move to AXS Mobile ID is designed to put tickets in the hands of fans, reduce ticket scalping from unauthorized resale sites & ensure that we know who is coming to the show.

Upon purchasing tour tickets, your AXS tickets will be automatically added to your existing AXS account. If you do not currently have an AXS account you will be instructed to create one during your purchase. You can also create an account without purchasing tickets by going to AXS.com and enter some very basic account information. After completing the account information, you may buy, sell or manage any seats in your account.

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally give each guest in your party their own tour ticket via AXS Mobile ID. With seat transfers, you no longer need to worry about delivering the paper tickets to them in advance or meeting them outside of the gates to walk in together. There is no fee for transferring seats and you are allowed unlimited transfers.

It depends. If your friend already has an AXS account, the tour tickets will be transferred instantaneously. Otherwise you have until your friend creates an account to cancel the transfer. Remember, your friends can always transfer tickets back to you.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following sites: Craigslist, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, Cheap Tickets, Via Go-Go, Tickets Mate, Score Big, Event Tickets Center, Ticket Network, Ballparks/Ticket Triangle, Click It Ticket, Team ViVi, and any site that is not ComedyWorks.com.

Nowadays there is a broader selection of marketplaces that buyers use, which means that wherever you list your tickets, you are missing out on a majority of the demand. No marketplace out there has more than 30% of buyer demand, which limits your chances of selling for the optimal price.

Many marketplaces will recommend a price based on past sales for the event. While that sounds reasonable, given that prices in general drop as you approach the event, that means you are pricing on outdated information. What someone sold their tickets for four months ago has nothing to do with how you need to price your tickets today.

The lower the number of comparable seats the marketplace has, the more likely you are to overprice your tickets. So look at Ticketmaster, Stubhub, VividSeats and SeatGeek to get a feel for which marketplace best represents the broader market for your team.

A common mistake season ticket holders make is only looking at their section, as it is highly unlikely that a buyer will only search for your section. Also many resale marketplaces in the spirit of making the buying experience easier will either only show the best deals across the stadium or show at the very top the best deals across the stadium. If you price high, buyers will have to scroll a lot to see your listing, decreasing the likelihood that your tickets sell.

Pricing tickets yourself is a challenge, given you are competing against professional ticket resellers with more experience and better tools. Also, trying to determine the optimal price as you sift through vastly different pricing that you see from amateur ticket resellers adds another layer of complexity.

To overcome these hurdles, if you choose to sell the tickets on your own we recommend that you identify the right comparables and price relative to them based on the attributes of the game that we explained in the article.

The Kyle Field North Ticket Box Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Thirty minute customer parking is offered in Lot 62, accessible from Wellborn Road. Free parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis (Parking tickets may be issued for vehicles that are parked in these designated spaces for more than thirty minutes).
