There may be a person authorised by the Downderry and Seaton Village Hall to photograph our events and by attending you give us permission to use any general crowd photos you appear in on our website or for marketing purposes.
We collect and process your personal information for a number of purposes, including:
- Maintaining a membership list
- Recording entrants of Village Hall events and award winners.
The personal information we keep are your name, address and if you have given them to us, your telephone number and email address. These may be kept on a computer and/or on paper.
We will only use your personal information for the efficient running of the Village Hall.
We may communicate with you by post, telephone or email, if you have given them to us, only about Village Hall matters.
We will never share your personal information unless we are legally required to do so.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and correct any inaccuracies or delete any part of the information.
The controller for you personal information is Downderry and Seaton Village Hall and the person responsible is the membership secretary, whose contact information can also be found in the Village Hall, or write to the committee at the Village Hall address.
