ReflectionDesk is a fully offline guided self-reflection journaling app. This Privacy Policy explains what that means for your data.
1. No Personal Data Collection
ReflectionDesk does not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information. You are never asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal detail.
2. No Internet Required
The app works fully offline. It does not request or use any internet/network permission. Every feature works without a connection.
3. No Login or Account Creation
There is no sign-up, sign-in, or account system of any kind. You can start using the app immediately after installing it.
4. No Tracking, Ads, or Analytics
ReflectionDesk does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or third-party tracking libraries. Your usage of the app is never monitored, logged, or reported anywhere.
5. Local Storage Only
Everything you enter — daily reflections, weekly reviews, gratitude notes, mood check-ins, personal goals, favorites, and app preferences — is stored exclusively on your own device using local on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
6. Data Removal
You can erase all locally stored data at any time from Settings → Reset Preferences. Uninstalling the app also permanently and irreversibly removes all of its locally stored data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
Because ReflectionDesk collects no personal data whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect information from children or any other user.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be published at the same location and reflected with a new "Last updated" date above.
