DOTJOY Games pays attention to your personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy, in order to be aware of what type of information we collect, how we use/store/transfer it. Your use of the application signifies your agreement with our Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. You are invited to look at this page periodically. Your continued use of the application will signify your acceptance of the changes.

DOTJOY collects information as described below. DOTJOY primary goals in collecting and using information is to create your account, provide Services to you, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research and create reports for internal use. We store information on servers located in Europe via Amazon Web Services and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries.

1.WHAT WE COLLECT

First of all, the main aim of collecting personal data is to help us improve the game. First, we collect Personal Information. By Personal Information, we mean data that identify you, such as name, address, telephone number, social security number, email, etc. We will not ask for all these data, but we may need some extra Personal Information for payment.

The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use. The data we collect can include SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet service provider, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent device identifier, ad identifier (IDFA), Android ad master identifier, The equipment model, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the session start / stop time, the location of the language, the time zone and the network state (WiFi and so on) etc.

2.How we use your information

The data collected is used to:

- Process and follow the application sent through our website,

- Respond to your request via the contact form or application.

- In general, communicate with you, especially when you contact us in any way

- providing, personalizing and improving the Services and advertising (including third party products and services) available in the Services or other places;

- showing you advertising from our partners and others that might be of interest to you;

- contacting you as part of customer support; to send you updates or information about the Services;

- managing your account and relationship with the Service and improving your experience when you use it;

We collect all or part of the data listed above only after obtaining the express consent of the purpose of the treatment.

In above situation, we guarantee that your PII will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains.

3.COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES

We use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels) to recognize you and/or your device(s). We use them such as authenticating you, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing site traffic and trends, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, allowing you to use social features.

We may share certain non-identifiable information about you and some Personal Data (but never any data related to health) in order to carry out marketing activities and provide you better and more targeted service. Facebook. We use Facebook as our advertising partner to display advertising in our App or to manage our advertising on other sites. Normally, Facebook collects only non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this App and other apps to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Fabric. We use Fabric, an analytics company and a Google subsidiary, to better understand your use of the App. For example, Fabric may use device identifiers that are stored on your mobile device and allow us to analyze your use of the App in order to improve our App features. Crashlytics.Crashlytics, a Google business division, provides us crash reporting solution that we use in order to track when the App crashes or works improperly on your device. Crashlytics may collect certain device identifiers in order to understand on what devices and under which circumstances the App does not work or crashes. Appsee. Appsee is s a mobile app analytics platform that provides us tools that enable us to track and optimize the UX in the App through the use of some device identifiers. See more here: https://www.appsee.com

Flurry.Flurry is a Yahoo! Subsidiary and analytical platform that we use in order to analyze different use trends in our App. We may share certain non-identifiable information about you and some Personal Data (but never any data related to health) with Flurry. Twitter.We use Twitter as our advertising partner to display advertising in Twitter. Normally, Twitter collects only non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this App and other apps to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Firebase.Firebase is an analytics product from Google, Inc. that allows us to track crashes of the App, monitor events in the App, provide us stats regarding the use of the App. Firebase may collect certain device identifiers in order to understand on what devices and under which circumstances particular incidents and events happen. 5.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

6. RETENTION AND STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as the application is installed on your mobile device or as needed to provide you service. If you remove the application, we will remove your Personal Data and use copies of your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We take certain measures to enhance the security of our Site, our Apps, and Service, such as the use of SSL Certificates. It is in our interest to keep our website and App secure, but we recommend that you use anti-virus software, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security threats.

Security of your Personal Data is important to us. When you provide your Personal data that is considered to be sensitive or falls under “categories of special data” under applicable laws to us, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Among others, we utilize the following security measures to protect your Personal Data:

Pseudominization and tokenization of certain categories of your Personal Data;

Protection of data integrity;

Encryption of your Personal Data in transit and in rest;

Systematic vulnerability scanning and penetration testing;

Organizational and legal measures. For example, our employees have different levels of access to your Personal Data, and only those in charge of data management get access to your Personal Data and only for limited purposes required for the operation of the App. We impose strict liability on our employees for any disclosures, unauthorized accesses, alterations, destructions, misuses of your Personal Data.

Conducting periodical data protection impact assessments in order to ensure that the App fully adheres to the principles of ‘privacy by design’, ‘privacy by default’ and other internationally accepted data protection principles. We also commit to undertake privacy audit in case of Company’s merger or takeover.

9. PRIVACY FOR UNDERAGE USERS

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children.

9.1 COPPA. .DOTJOY does not intend to collect personal information of any children under 13 (“Children’s Personal Information”) in a manner that is not permitted by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). For some Services, we provide a version of the Service that does not collect Children’s Personal Information except as permitted by COPPA. If you believe we have collected or are using a Child’s Personal Information, or that your child under 13 years of age has misidentified his or her age, please contact us at binbin.liu@dotcunited.com and we will discontinue that account and remove associated Children’s Personal Information to the extent required by COPPA.

9.2 European Personal Data Protection Law. DOTJOY does not intend to collect personal data of users under 16 years of age who access or use the Services. In accordance with Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals and their freedom of movement as far as personal data treatment is concerned (General Data Protection Regulation), if you are younger than 16 years old, you must have your legal guardian’s consent and the agreement of your legal guardian to this Privacy Policy to access and/or use the Services. For some countries, when the applicable National Law allows it, users under 16 will be able to access the Service, as long as they are at least 13 years old.

For some Services, we provide a non-collecting version of the Service, that is, one that does not collect Personal Information from minors. If you believe we have collected or are using a minor's Personal Information, or that your child under 16 years of age, or, if applicable, 13 years of age, has misidentified his or her age, please contact us at binbin.liu@dotcunited.com and we will discontinue that account, and remove the associated minor's Personal Information.
