(End User License Agreement – EULA)
Last Updated: November 22, 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your use of the DoseFlow mobile application (“DoseFlow”, “App”) provided by its developer (“we”, “our” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using DoseFlow, you:
Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms;
Agree to be bound by them; and
Represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use DoseFlow.
In addition to this Agreement, your use of DoseFlow is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). In case of conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA may control to the extent required by Apple.
DoseFlow is a personal medication tracking tool intended solely for assisting you in organizing and remembering your medication schedule.
DoseFlow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
DoseFlow is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment plan.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information, reminders, or logs presented in DoseFlow.
You are solely responsible for:
Confirming medication names, dosages, schedules, and interactions with a healthcare professional; and
Any decisions you make based on your use of the App.
By using DoseFlow, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least the minimum age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian; and
You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws or regulations.
If you are using DoseFlow on behalf of another person (for example, a family member, child, or pet), you are responsible for ensuring that such use is lawful and appropriate.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download, install, and use one copy of DoseFlow on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
This license is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree that you will not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except to the extent explicitly permitted by applicable law).
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights to it.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or technical measures used by the App.
Use the App in any manner that:
Violates any applicable law or regulation,
Infringes upon the rights of any third party, or
Interferes with or disrupts the normal operation of the App or related services.
Any use of the App not expressly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited and may result in termination of your license.
Your use of DoseFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.
Key points (summary; the full Privacy Policy controls):
We do not operate a backend server for user data.
Your medication and profile data are stored locally on your device.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track your behavior.
Camera access is used only for local text recognition (OCR) to help you input medication data.
Local notifications are scheduled and processed by iOS on your device.
By using DoseFlow, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy for DoseFlow and agree to its terms.
DoseFlow may offer optional paid features (for example, “DoseFlow Pro”) as one-time in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store In-App Purchase system.
We do not receive or store your full payment information or Apple ID credentials.
Once Apple confirms a purchase, the App unlocks the corresponding features locally on your device.
Any refund requests for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple, in accordance with Apple’s policies and procedures. We do not directly process or control refunds.
If you change devices or reinstall the App, you may use the “Restore Purchases” function (if available) to restore previously purchased items, provided you use the same Apple ID.
Successful restoration depends on Apple’s systems and your App Store account status.
We do not guarantee that purchases can be restored if you use a different Apple ID or if Apple’s systems do not confirm the previous purchase.
DoseFlow, including but not limited to:
The App’s name, design, layout, user interface, text, graphics, icons, and images,
The underlying software, code, and associated documentation,
is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to us or our licensors.
You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App or its content by downloading or using DoseFlow. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved.
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy and completeness of the information you enter into the App.
Maintaining the security of your device, including passcodes, biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID), and backup settings.
Ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health information and data protection.
If you choose to share exported data (such as PDF reports) with third parties (e.g., doctors, family members), you are fully responsible for:
What you share,
How you share it, and
With whom you share it.
DoseFlow is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any warranty that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted,
Reminders will always trigger at the exact scheduled time under all conditions, or
The App will meet your specific requirements.
Notification delivery and timing may be affected by:
Device settings
Operating system behavior
Battery optimization, focus/do-not-disturb modes
Network or system conditions outside our control
We do not guarantee any medical outcome, health improvement, or prevention of adverse events. The App is a convenience tool; medical outcomes depend on your healthcare provider’s instructions and your own actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our developers, or our licensors be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses,
Any damage or harm arising out of or in connection with:
Your use of or inability to use DoseFlow,
Any errors or omissions in reminders, logs, or displayed information,
Any decisions you make based on data or reminders from the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to DoseFlow shall not exceed the amount you actually paid (if any) for the App or its in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue DoseFlow (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice, and
Terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Upon termination:
The license granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
You must stop using the App and, if needed, remove it from your device.
Uninstalling the App does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination (for example, limitations of liability or disclaimers).
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of DoseFlow from time to time.
Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
We are not obligated to provide any updates, support, or maintenance.
We may also modify or discontinue certain features without liability to you.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
When we do so, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
In the case of material changes, we may also provide an in-app notice or require you to accept the updated Terms.
By continuing to use DoseFlow after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App and uninstall it.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple’s terms:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides or is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of DoseFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Apple Inc., and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and
Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple shall have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
