このワークショップはNAOJのDoSおよびCfCAメンバー間のアイデアおよび知識交流を促進することを目標としています。 参加者は、進行中の研究プロジェクトを発表し、ディスカッションに参加し、同僚から建設的なフィードバックを受け取ります。 これにより、彼らはさまざまな研究分野についての洞察を得て、共同研究の機会を探ることになります。 このワークショップでは、参加者同士が寝食を共にする合宿形式を通じて、立場や地位などの垣根を越えた平等な関係を築き、一体感を生み出す体験をします。その結果、平等な議論を通じて、研究の進展や共同研究の可能性を見出すことを目指しています。
This workshop aims to foster an exchange of ideas and knowledge among members of the DoS and CfCA in NAOJ. Participants will present their ongoing research projects, engage in discussions, and receive constructive feedback from their peers. By doing so, they will gain insights into various research areas and explore collaborative opportunities. Through a retreat ("gasshuku") format where participants share living and dining experiences, this workshop aims to build an egalitarian relationship that transcends positions, fostering a sense of unity. As a result, we aim to explore the advancement of research and the potential for collaborative projects through equal discussions.
