These themes are easy to customize..

Go to "Panel" > "Layout" > "Theme Designer" > "Advanced" > and select, "Footer":

The "Footer - Background Color", assign the footer a background color.

The "Footer - Title/Text Color", Change the color of All text.

The "Footer - Attribution color", you can change the "color", of the Attribution/Copyright text.

Go to "Panel" > "Layout" > "Theme Designer" > "Advanced" > and select "┗ Footer Setting":

The "Footer - Top Space" assign a padding at the top of the footer.

The "Footer - Bottom Space" assign a padding at the bottom of the footer.

The "Footer - Attribution Vertical Space" assign a padding top and bottom to the Attribution / Copyright bar.
