my siren collection
this page contains all sirens i currently own, including broken ones, and thats basically all there is. so i guess enjoy and see all the sirens i own.
these are the first sirens i ever got, i actually got 5 at the beginning, but gave one away. they are some of the loudest in my collection and i still love them to this day.
by far the WORST siren in my collection, it is so quiet to a point you can hear air sounds when it spins, and it is built like hot garbage. i do not really care about it, and it definitely is the siren i hate the most in my collection.
this siren is fairly rare outside of france but is still findable, and it is fairly loud. there is not much else to say about it tho.
one of my favorite sirens in my collection. oddly enough, i dont see a lot of these in private possession yet they are fairly easy to find on ebay. this one is sadly missing its wall mounting bracket, but it is usable and possible to mount without it.

also one of my favorite sirens in my collection. this one is fairly unique for how it is styled like a large siren, yet it is very small. these are rare to see, i often see the bigger versions (celerest and supercelerest) but the minicelerest is just rarer for some reason.

yeah you likely never heard of this siren, but it is an official siren that was made by klaxon. klaxon manufactured these specifically for france alongside the type 72 (likely predecessor) and the type 80 (sucessor). the type 77 only came in 12v if i am correct. sadly, this one has a pretty much beyond repair motor and a warped rotor, so it likely will never run again.
excuse the shitty cropping, i absolutely want all images to be the same size.
you also likely never heard of this siren just like the one above, but it is also an official siren that was made by klaxon. klaxon manufactured these specifically for france alongside the type 77 (likely sucessor) and the type 80 (sucessor of both). the type 72 came in 12v (like mine) and 220v if i am correct. i have just fixed this siren, turns out it did not have bad bearings, but rather was missing grease, now it runs perfectly :D
my first and only fullsize siren, such a beauty, this should be by far the loudest siren in my collection, and oh well i absolutely love it.
i have absolutely no idea what these are but i own 2 of them, the boxes says 6/12v with a pellet on the 12 so i assume they were meant for 12v. reminds me of the model 100 sirens but this is clearly a weird knockoff.
EDIT : i was wrong, these are 6V, the motor says so.
also quick bonus, you must reverse wire the motor for the siren to spin in the right direction, which is hilarious.
2nd rarest siren in my collection behind the np00s, no idea how it found its way into france but here it is.
sadly it currently does not work, will try to repair it if i can.
excuse the fact theres no picture, i have a few pictures but they suck so i do not want to put them here.
this thing is an oddball, 10 ports, SLANTED PORTS and it has no motor, just a pulley. this siren has no brand on it so i cant tell you the brand or model or anything. it does have a large horn which reflects everything and thus said horn has been removed (but kept) so it wont reflect me. sadly this siren needs new grease, so it wont run for a while until i get new grease for it.
PS : if you have any information about this siren, please tell me on my ARS post here (includes a few bad pics i dont want to put on here)
excuse the fact the horn is not in the picture, it reflects me when i try to take a picture with it >:(
thats all of them
below is a "information table" for miscellaneous informations about all my sirens, so enjoy i guess.
(google sites dosent allow me to put a table easily so it looks a bit weird due to me using a html hack to do it)
if you are curious about any of the sirens here, just look them up and you will likely find information on them (except rare ones).
