  1. Payments required upfront and within 48hrs, no refunds unless I offer them.

All payments are made via Paypal invoices. When you request a commission or purchase an adopt, I will ask that you direct message me the email addressed linked to your paypal account. I will then send you an invoice that must be paid within 48hrs to secure your slot or adoptable. If you need more time to pay, such as emergencies or waiting on a paycheck, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I don't bite, and I'm happy to work with people about this! Failure to keep me informed or pay will forfeit your slot or adopt. In the case of adoptables, they will be resold and you will be banned from purchasing/bidding on it again. Repeat offenses will be banned indefinitely from my services.

Once you have paid, I do not offer refunds. Please do not purchase a commission or adopt if it puts you in a tight financial spot. If I personally feel I cannot complete your commission in a reasonable time or at all, then I will ask if you would like a refund, or if we can work out something else out that I'll be able to draw for you!

2. Please be patient while waiting for your commission. Do not rush me. Art takes time.

I try my best to have fast turn around times, but sometimes life and mental health things happen. Commissions will not usually be turned around within in a day. Please do not rush me. Please do not request updates daily. An occasional inquiry is fine. If things happen on my end, I will try my best to keep you informed. My queue is public and linked above, please check that to see how far along you are as I tend to work in order I have been commissioned for larger commissions. Smaller commissions I tend to try and work on more quickly, however.

3. I will only work with visual references or descriptions with visual accompaniments.

When ordering, please provide with me with most up to date reference of your character. I do accept additional visual guides (ie; an outfit reference) but I need one, clean, flat-colored (or with a provided color palette) full body reference. Or something CLOSE ENOUGH for me to work from. Do not link me to a gallery full of different designs/outfits, unless it's for additional reference. If you have any specific requests, or wish to provide me with a personality blurb, be sure to do that as well. Please keep all information in a single message/order form, and keep it clear and concise to prevent confusion.

If you do not have a reverence for your characters, I will be able to work with you so long as you are not expecting me to design them from scratch. There will be a additional fee for this, however. When ordering something like this, I will need you to provide me examples of what you want. Even if you need to color in a free base to get the basic idea across, that will be tremendously helpful! Reference of real animals or outfits, color palettes, any visual things you can provide to help with the commission process is greatly apprecaited.

4. WIP sketches are provided for most commission types. Edits are limited once a commission is complete.

During the preview sketch phase, I will only allow one 'round' of edits. Please tell me everything you want changed at this stage, because I will not be doing a back and forth with you with several small edits. I understand that we forget things sometimes, but this is why I ask that you take your time to look over the sketch before approving it. When the piece is complete, I will only do minor edits (MINIMAL lineart tweaks, color changes) to the piece. And only one 'round' of these for free, as well. If you realize there is more want changed after I already apply edits, I will charge an extra fee to complete these edits. Once again, please make sure you tell me everything when making edit requests. Larger edits will cost an extra fee regardless, unless it is something I missed myself from your provided information. I won't make you pay for my own mistakes.

Chibis, Sketches, and Messy Colored Sketches do not come with preview sketches. I finish these in one sitting. Much like finished pieces, you're allowed one 'round' of minor edits for free, anything larger/more than that, will incur fees.

Reference Sheets are much more involved when it comes to the commission process, as I will be send you multiple updates during the process!

5. Please keep response times quick and prompt. Do not keep me waiting to hear back from you.

Please provide me with additional contact information if you are not going to be active on the site you have commissioned me from. Please do not keep me waiting weeks on end to hear back about edits or approvals to commissioned pieces. Such things can be disrupting to my workflow. Failure to respond to my attempts to contact you will forfeit your commission or adoptable.

6. Complex designs will have additional fees, or declined.

I will inform you during the requesting phase if this is the case. I do not mind if you decide against commissioning me or swapping characters, but please do not ghost me after learning this. I don't mind!

7. Once finished, the art is yours to do with as you wish for personal use. (Same with Adopts.)

After all, you paid for it. You may re-upload it, crop it or tweak it for character profiles. Please do not edit the art directly without my written permission. No matter what you use it for, however, I ask that you always credit me for the original art. If you are reselling a character with my art attached, feel free to add the value to the character, if you are allowed to do so.

If you've purchased an adoptable design from me, you may tweak or redesign it how you see fit! Change the species, give it an anthro/feral/human form, etc! I simply ask that you do not directly edit/trace the art without my written permission! Feel free to ask!

My art may not be used for commercial use without my written permission. If you're planning on commissioning a piece for commercial use (printing it on stickers/charms/keychains/etc.) let me know before commissioning me, so we can work something out! If you're printing the art for a one time, personal item, that is allowed however. (But you should let me know so I can make something more fitting in this case!)

8. I retain the right to any artwork I complete, and may post and use them as future examples.

Finished pieces will always be watermarked and credited to the client, when posted publicly, but I can and will use them as examples for my future commissions. If you are uncomfortable with this, do not commission me. Alternatively you may request your credit be listed as anonymous.

9. Do not request I mimic or copy another art style.

I will not do this, your character or request will be drawn in my style. If you want a piece done in a style different from what I provide, then please find an artists that can accomplish this for you!

10. Finished pieces may vary in style from the examples given.

As an artist, I'm constantly learning and growing, and tweaking how I do things. Art styles are fluid and changing. Obviously there won't be any major difference, but there may be small changes or tweaks to my style that will affect the final result.

11. Be sure to save your finished pieces to your personal files.

I may remove the images from the sites I have hosted them, and I may delete original files to clear up space. (Or end up loosing the files due to unforeseen circumstance.) Please be sure you save them, cause once I have deleted or removed them, I may not be able to recover them for you.

12. I can decline any commission for any reason.

Generally, this will generally be because I am uncomfortable with the subject or character you've given me, or I am uncomfortable with you and your behavior. If you've been blocked by me on any site, it's most likely due to said behavior and I do not wish to provide my services to you, as this is the easiest way for me to prevent that. I will not work with bigots, racists, homophobes, transphobes, etc. My work is not for you and I do not want my work connected to you.

13. Adopts can be resold but only for purchase price (unless there is additional art.)

If you've purchased an adopt from me and no longer want it, feel free to resell it! But please do not charge more than you purchased it for, unless you've commissioned or drawn additional art for it! Please be sure to credit me for the original design. If you'd like to @ me or inform me, feel free to do this as well! I'd be fine with seeing where my adopts end up.

14. My art MAY NOT be used as NFTs. And I WILL NOT work with people who associate themselves WITH NFTs. This will be an IMMEDIATE BLOCK.

I really hope I don't gotta explain this one.

Thank you for taking the time to read my commission Terms of Service. If you are still interested in requesting a commissioning, please contact me! All my social medias are link at the top of this page.
