Quietus is a powerful being who is a reincarnation of Captain Doom.

As Captain Doom was nearing the end of his lifespan, he sought to seek for anything that was able to extend throughout the grand seas. He eventually does find a person that is able to do so, although quite sketchy. He makes a deal with Doom, giving him an extended lifespan and ultimate strength that is able to cause destruction through cities, with the cost of his own soul and feelings. Doom, already not having a soul, is quick to take the deal.

This transforms him into something unusual, a being that only exists to destroy anything that it sees, and to leave nothing behind. It does not feel anything about it, because it doesn't have a soul. Captain Doom had turned into a soulless entity, who only seeks to be danger in everybodys way.

-Trivia-

• He was originally gonna be a "The Strongest Battlegrounds" OC. He is an ultimate outfit that Doom (the creator) uses frequently.

• His powers only exists when he wears the tophat. If it gets off of him, he just dies like Dry Bones (and he doesn't come back to life like Dry Bones).

    ○   His tophat isn't any normal tophat, and is made of very hard and solid material that is                     impossible to get off.
