The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brands or companies.
You retain ownership of the images and content you upload.
By using the App, you grant DoodleMagic a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.
Your content is not stored, not published, and not reused beyond the generation process.
DoodleMagic may offer optional premium subscription plans that unlock features such as:
Access to premium styles
Higher usage limits or high-volume generation
Priority processing
Enhanced output quality or speed
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their store account settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s policies, not the App developer.
Free users may experience limitations such as daily usage caps, feature restrictions, or lower priority processing.
All results generated by DoodleMagic are AI-generated and for creative and entertainment purposes only.
The App does not guarantee:
Artistic quality
Realism
Accuracy
Suitability for any purpose
The App does not provide professional design, illustration, or creative services.
You acknowledge that AI output may be unpredictable or imperfect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoodleMagic shall not be liable for any:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use of the App
Use of or reliance on AI-generated images
Dissatisfaction with generated results
Loss of data, images, or creative content
Any decisions made based on generated images
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
