Profile: Childhood is the physical representation of Donnie's childhood and The Masked Stalkee's best friend. She knows exactly how in touch Donnie is with what he considers to be his childhood and has all of Donnie’s memories from the era, which, during the course of the story, is between the second he was born to about when he turned 11 years old.
Childhood can pinpoint any moment from Donnie's childhood, no matter how insignificant, and recall exactly how and when it happened, down to the zeptosecond and most minute detail. She can also project these memories for other people to witness. Despite all this, her personal memory is only as good as the average human's.
Design
Childhood is identical to Donnie's plush Libby.
Personality
Typically, Childhood will recall memories in units of seconds (a big sum for her), which often annoys people in conversation. She particularly loves to look back on memories where Donnie suffers some kind of humiliation, as she considers it cute how Donnie and his siblings, for that matter, react to certain situations at younger ages.
Like all people in Donnie's dreamscape, though, she loves him unconditionally, but is still furious at him for how he treated The Masked Stalkee.
Relationship to Stalkee
Childhood considers The Masked Stalkee to be her best friend and will do absolutely anything to help her and make her more comfortable. Many in The Dreamscape even believe that the two live together, but she's actually just a (very common) visitor, and does have a place of her own, fit for one her size. She often refers to Stalkee as "Her Majesty" out of respect, but Stalkee repeatedly asks her not to, as she doesn't want to be seen as being above others. Still, Childhood believes that she more than deserves it and willingly keeps saying it anyway. Similarly, she is insistent on The Masked Stalkee needing a castle and a whole crew of servants and guards, but Stalkee repeatedly turns it down.
Trivia
Childhood was an improvised character that came about while the series was already in production.
The Libby in The Dreamscape that appears in the third episode, while always intended to be a completely separate character from the plush, was not yet intended to be a recurring character. It wasn't until the development of the following episode that Childhood started to become an established character.
