Race Car Engineering Design Project (Jun 2024 - Aug 2024):
● Performed advanced calculations to determine optimal battery module configurations for a FSAE Race Car in terms of weight and power requirements
● Utilized CAD to create various prototypes of battery containers for optimized battery configuration that fit within FSAE regulations along with other sizing requirements
● Analyzed battery and container thermal properties using FEA and airflow properties using CFD
Standard Engineering Formulation GUI (August 2024 - February 2025):
● Used python to create a simple calculator for several complex formulas for mechanical engineering in subject areas such as:
General geometrical properties
Solid mechanics
Fluid and thermal dynamics
Heat Transfer
Signal analysis
Manufacturing
Electrical Properties
● Added graphical features to some results to make them more useful and visually appealing.

AI Text to Speech GUI (February 2025 - March 2025):
● Used python to create a GUI that allowed users to use the 108 various voices from a VITS model in the TTS python library to:
Turn text to spoken language in a variety of English accents from around the world
Save the spoken text as an mp3 file
Allow the spoken text to be in a different volume and pitch

● Sound Samples:
Internal Form Generator (March 2025 - April 2025):
● Used python to create a generator which can be used to manually create complex forms, and includes features such as:
Allowing for multimedia elements including images, sound, and video
The capacity to store form responses as a csv file
Gives the ability to specify the type of form responses, such as an integer, a checkmark, long form text, etc.
One can organize the order of the questions and elements on the form, from a simple text input file
● Can be ran as both raw python code or an exe file
● Project documentation and code published as open source on GitHub: https://github.com/DonNguyen123/Internal-Form-Generator.git
Internal File Organization System (April 2025 - August 2025):
● Used python to create a file organization system allows one to directly view files without needing third party applications:
Allows one to view several types of file formats, includes images, video, text, pdfs, csv, etc.
Gives one the ability to temporarily lock or hide files and folders based on conditional statements
Video and sound media can have captions generated (using Vosk AI Models) at certain time intervals and downloaded for personal use
PDFs have the options to be viewed at bigger and smaller scales. They can also be viewed using a downward scroll, or a left and right scroll
Code allows one to specify the folder which contains the file they want to view

Text Encoder (August 2025 - September 2025):
● Used python to create a program that encodes text into various different types of forms, which can then be decoded again:
Types of forms encoded include geometric art, constellation based images, abstract blobs, morse code, and QR code
Encoded statements may have randomized output for a unique personalized result
Decoding key is automatically created, and can be used either manually or by the program to read the text from the image
Images created to various specific sizes, in terms of height and length. One can also choose the amount of the border at the edges of the image as well
Code allows one to specify the name and location of the folder which will contain the image and key files
