DoneScan: PDF Scanner & Doc (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), developed by DondevSoft (Don-il Lee), values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data within the App.

In principle, the App does not collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, the following minimal data may be collected for operational purposes:

• Device Identifiers (UUID/ADID): Collected to verify advertisement views, prevent duplicate rewards, and ensure secure service operation.

• Method of Collection: Automatically generated upon app execution or collected via third-party SDKs (e.g., Firebase, AdMob).

2. Data Processing and Security (Local Storage Policy)

The App follows a strict local-first data policy:

• Scanned Data: All documents and images scanned via the camera are stored exclusively on your device’s local storage. The developer does not have access to your scanned content and never transmits it to external servers.

• Payment Information: All in-app purchase data is handled directly through the Google Play Billing API. The App does not store or process your credit card or financial information.

3. Device Permissions

• Camera: Required for scanning documents and capturing images.

• Storage: Required to save scanned documents to your device or load existing files.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We use third-party services to improve app performance and display advertisements. These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: Used for ad personalization and performance measurement (Advertising ID).

• Google Firebase: Used for app performance analytics and UUID management.

• Google Play Billing: Used for processing in-app transactions.

5. Data Retention and Sharing

• Retention: Collected UUIDs are deleted once the purpose of service provision is fulfilled or when the App is uninstalled.

• Sharing: We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. 데이터 처리 및 보안 (로컬 처리 원칙)

본 앱의 핵심 기능인 문서 스캔 데이터는 다음과 같이 철저히 관리됩니다.

• 스캔 데이터: 카메라를 통해 스캔된 모든 문서 및 이미지 데이터는 사용자의 기기(Local Storage)에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 스캔 내용에 접근할 수 없으며, 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

• 결제 정보: 인앱 결제 정보는 Google Play 결제 시스템(API)을 통해 직접 처리됩니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 신용카드 정보나 금융 데이터를 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.

3. 기기 권한 사용

• 카메라 (Camera): 문서 스캔 및 이미지 캡처를 위해 필수적으로 사용됩니다.

• 저장공간 (Storage): 스캔한 문서를 기기에 저장하거나 불러오기 위해 사용됩니다.

4. 제3자 서비스 및 광고

서비스 품질 향상 및 광고 게재를 위해 아래의 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 이들은 각자의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다.

• Google AdMob: 광고 개인화 및 성과 측정 (광고 ID 수집)

• Google Firebase: 앱 성능 분석 및 UUID 관리

• Google Play Billing: 인앱 결제 처리

5. 데이터의 보유 및 공유

• 보유 기간: 수집된 UUID는 서비스 제공 목적이 달성된 후 혹은 앱 삭제 시 파기됩니다.

• 제3자 제공: 법적 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고, 사용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 공유하지 않습니다.

6. 어린이 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
