The Architect follows a consistent, three-step production cycle to ensure accuracy and ease of use:
Source Analysis: The tool processes your uploaded content (PDFs, Word docs, or lecture notes) to identify key facts and critical thinking points.
Question Generation: Thie GEM drafts 10 high-quality multiple-choice questions with randomized distractors to prevent rote memorization.
Formatted Export: The final output is delivered as a Markdown Table, specifically structured for direct copy-pasting into Cell A1 of a Google Sheet or Excel file.

The primary goal of this tool is to automate the technical mechanics of quiz creation. By handling the formatting and initial drafting, the Architect allows faculty to spend more time refining pedagogy and less time managing spreadsheet columns.
