My current affiliations are UCLA and the University of Cambridge (on leave). My PhD was in classical harmonic analysis, supervised by Prof. Mike Christ at UC Berkeley. I was a postdoc at MIT where I mostly worked on Fourier restriction theory. There are problems in many fields which fall under the Fourier restriction framework, and this leads me to have broad interests from matrix norm computation algorithms to Weyl sum estimates.
During the 2026 winter and spring quarters, I will teach topics classes introducing Fourier restriction theory and Kakeya.
